“Eleanor is wonderful! She has been dog walking my pup for the past few weeks and she is super responsive and reliable! Will definitely be rebooking with her.”

“Elena is wonderful and I’ve already rebooked with her! She came over to let my rambunctious pup out daily while I was out of town, even bringing along her own dog to get some extra energy out, and made sure to send updates and photos. Ahead of time, she asked really great questions about our dog care preferences, which highlighted her experience and made me feel very comfortable with our first time Rover experience. Highly recommend!”

About: I’ve had 1-2 cats for the last 20 years. Since my husband is strictly a cat person, I got my doggy fix by volunteering at an animal shelter in NYC for years, where I walked dogs of all sizes and helped both dogs and cats find homes. I currently have 2 cats of my own that I have to give oral medication to regularly. I also have 1 human puppy with endless amounts of energy! I work from home. The workdays are pretty busy lately but I am available most weekends and Fridays if you need someone to drop by and care for your pets! My goal is to help your pets feel comfortable with me, which in turn will hopefully help you feel more comfortable being away from them.

About: I have been pet sitting for neighbors, family, and friends for decades! I am happy to make your time away from your pets a little easier by providing them with the care they need while you are away! I am currently a public school teacher, and I cannot always take care of pets during the weekdays. Here is what I can provide: 1) weekend care 2) afternoon/evening walks Please be aware that my summer and vacations from school have much more availability! Please don’t be afraid to reach out if you have questions! I can provide your dog with extended walks and some much needed play time! I will do my best to keep their schedule as consistent as possible while you are away.

“Julianna picked up my dog, Selli, every day for a week for her daily walk without any issues. We booked her on short notice and she was able to accommodate the request and was communicative throughout. Even when it was freezing cold out, Julianna took care of Selli and did the full walk. I'd recommend her to anyone that is looking! Thank you!”

About: What sets me apart from other sitters is the lifetime of experience I bring to every pet I care for. I grew up in a home filled with both cats and dogs, so understanding animal behavior, communication, and comfort has always been second nature to me. I treat each pet like family—patient, attentive, and genuinely in tune with their needs. Whether it’s a high-energy pup who loves walks or a shy dog who just needs quiet companionship, I adjust my care to fit their personality. I focus on creating a calm, safe, and loving environment where pets feel truly at home. I am currently on summer break so I have plenty of free time to take care of your pets! Since I also work my summer job, the times that work best for me are in the mornings and evenings. My approach to pet care is all about creating a calm, safe, and familiar environment—whether in my home or yours. I take the time to learn each pet’s routine, preferences, and personality so I can provide thoughtful, individualized care while their owner is away.

“Lydia was super sweet and attentive! My dog Jada is very territorial and can get picky with the people she lets get close to, and just the fact that she warmed up so quickly to Lydia is a great sign. Lydia kept me posted at all times and sent pictures. She also stayed with Jada when she was nervous after hearing fireworks for the festivities. I will definitely book again with her!”

About: I have 9+ years of experience with walking dogs, and years of experience in feeding, training, playing, and caring for both dogs and cats. My entire life I have always been drawn to animals, and am a huge animal lover! In my early teen years, I worked at a dog daycare where I oversaw the care of up to 14 dogs at one time. It was a huge responsibility, but I looked forward to going to work each shift I had because to me it didn’t even feel like work, it felt like a reward getting to care and play with so many animals. Whenever I go anywhere whether it’s a walk around my college campus, a family or friends house, or the park, I am always immediately drawn to all the dogs I see and always ask if I can take a minute to pet each dog. A multitude of family and friends have consistently told me that it’s evident how much I love animals, and how well I get along with them. I am someone you can trust to make sure your pet gets the best possible care when you are gone. As a former cat owner and current dog owner myself, I know just how much love and care pets need on a day to day basis. Whenever I am away from my dog who is my bestfriend in the whole world, I definitely can feel anxious or stressed. I am dedicated to keeping pet parents up to date on the wellbeing of your pets with photos, videos, up to date messages and anything else you’d like as a pet parent (I am happy to do facetime calls too!!). I will always be available and reachable when I am with your pet to answer any questions, concerns, or even just send over some extra photos if you are really missing your furry companion! Additionally, your pets wellbeing and safety is my top priority. I have worked hard to familiarize myself with signs of distress and discomfort in animals, and if anything doesn’t look right I will not hesitate to jump into action to make sure your pet is safe. My dog has had a few scary incidents, and as difficult as it was, it helped to prepare me to know the signs when something is not right and know what to do in case of an emergency. I decided to join rover because I wanted the opportunity to help take care and hangout with animals on a regular basis because it is truly something I absolutely love. I am hard working, enthusiastic, dedicated, and I will care for your pet as if it is my own. I hope you will consider entrusting me to care for such a valuable member of your family! • * Please note I require meet and greets with all potential pet clients BEFORE bookings!* I am currently working part time, so I have lots of extra time to care for your furry companion. I am very flexible, and when I am not working my other job I have a very open schedule to care for your pet! Currently, I offer services within the clients home for anything ranging from a quick walk or check in with your pet to overnights. I am very flexible, and will work with you to get to know what routine works best for your pet. At this time due to a family members allergy, I am not able to offer boarding services in my home.

“Another amazing dog walk with Erica! Walks, playing fetch and lots of cuddles . No wonder his eyes perk up and his tail wags like crazy when he hears her name !”

About: Hello my name is Emily and I have been with dogs my entire life. I had a big dog named Lucy and a small dog named Oliver, which I love very dearly. I have taken care of many different dogs from big to small and have enjoyed playing, walking, and teaching them tricks. I have baby sat here and there whenever I was needed and it would always bring a smile to my face. My family and I are huge dog lovers. I think what sets me apart from other dog sitters is that I would rather spend more time with them then do other things. I love walking with them and showing them everything that there is to see in a dogs point of view.
