We have never used a professional pet sitting service before and Glenn and Diana provided us with not only did they provide excellent pet care, but they were extremely flexible with several last minute schedule changes. Maria was the first to pop up near our home and was the perfect match! She even said she notice we were a bit in need and was gracious enough to try us for the first time. Maria came early for our first meet up, asked the right questions and is an absolute delight! She sent us pictures and positive feedback through the care process. Unfortunately, we were supposed to go camping for the entire weekend but due to lots of rain we had to cut the weekend short and I felt kind of bad but she was incredibly kind and understanding and helped me through the entire process seamlessly. I can’t thank her enough and am looking forward to our next visits with her and feel relieved to finally have a loving and caring responsible and professional pet sitter for Brooke. Katie was exactly what we were hoping for! I needed someone to come to the house to take care of our 2 yr old puppy, Duncan, while I was at work. Enter Katherine (Katie, Kate)! When I put the request in she got back to me super fast. Even more impressive was that she was out at a show with friends and still took the time to respond and to let me know she would reach out shortly after. She came to the house TWICE during the night. She made sure Duncan was fed, took him for his walk, played with him and hang out a bit with him for general attention and cuddles that our little man needs while I was at work. She then returned at 11p (later than a lot of people would agree to) for yet another walk, his evening bone, and (you guessed it) more cuddles! She was on time, sent updates for each visit, and took almost 20 photos of their adventures togethers. Highly recommended and we will use her in the future!
Alison was very helpful with a short notice check in with our pups. We were out for a while and it helped knowing that someone was coming by to check in. We received pics and a video and Alison texted before she left to make sure we didn't need anything else.
Did an absolute amazing job would absolutely book with Leeland again! Very communicative, absolutely no hassle, and was flexible. Marley 100% loved him and I came back from the holidays to a happy doggo and mess free home. Marley is a big pup weighing over 100lbs and Leeland cared for him like a champ!!
