About: I’ve been caring for dogs for over 5 years through a mix of personal, volunteer, and professional experience. I grew up pet sitting for neighbors, friends, and family, so I’ve been trusted with dogs of all sizes, ages, and personalities from a young age. My parents also have two yorkies who I’ve helped care for over the years, which taught me a lot about routines, patience, and understanding each dog’s unique quirks. I also spend a couple of years working in a veterinary hospital in a client-care role. Even though I wasn’t a vet tech, I interacted with dogs every day and learned how to stay calm, read their body language, and make them feel comfortable in a new or unfamiliar environments. That experience helped me become confident handling shy, energetic, senior, and nervous pups. Between my personal background and my time in a vet setting, I’m comfortable with a wide range of dog temperaments and needs. I’m gentle, reliable, and always focused on making sure each dog feels safe, understood, and cared for. I work a hybrid job, which gives me a really flexible schedule for pet care. On my work from home days, I’m able to do quick walks throughout the day, especially around lunchtime or early afternoon. I’m available for drop/ins with plenty of notice. I’m also able to house sit on the days I’m remote or on weekends, and I make sure your pet’s routine stays consistent and stress free. If you need someone who can be around, keep your dog company, and provide reliable care during the day, my schedule works really well for that. Just let me know what you need, I’m happy to work with your routine. Your pet’s safety and comfort always come first. When I’m caring for a dog in your home, I keep their routine as close to normal as possible. Same feeding schedule, same walking style, same rules you use every day. I take the time to learn what helps your dog feel secure, whether that’s a quiet approach, extra playtime, or a slow, sniff-filled walk. I’m very respectful of your space and treat your home the same way I’d want someone to treat mine. I make sure doors are locked, lights are used responsibly, and everything is left clean and exactly how I found it. During visits or house-sitting, I keep a calm environment so your pet feels relaxed and safe while you’re away. I always pay close attention to behavior, energy levels, and anything that seems out of the ordinary. If something comes up, you’ll hear from me right away, communication and transparency are really important to me. My goal is for you to feel completely at ease knowing your pet and your home are in good hands.

About: I’ve taken care of friends and families dogs. I had a Shitzu named Bella who I rescued in 2016 and she was older and had some health issues. I gave her the best life! She passed in Feb 2019 and will always be in my heart! Ava was born in 2020 and I got her when she was 8 weeks old. She is my love❤️ I treat every dog as I would my own with love and care❤️ Reach out and schedule a meet and greet before booking and we can get to know each other and introduce the dogs❤️ My current schedule is I am home full time. Ava loves to play and we go out several times a day for potty and play in my fenced in back yard, I have a fenced in yard. My dog Ava is 5 years old and she loves adults and children. She is very friendly and would love to play with your dog.

About: My name is Kylie and I’ve always had such a strong passion for animals. I’m currently in school to be a licensed veterinary technician. While I pursue this, I also work full time in an animal emergency clinic. I have had 2+ years of animal emergency experience, including large dogs and cats, and even reptiles like snakes! I am comfortable pilling animals and have direct access to emergency care 24/7 in case your fur babies need it❤️. I currently own 2 cats of my own and a ball python. I’ve owned large dogs my whole life including a Cane Corso & Giant Schnauzer! I currently work full time in the animal emergency clinic. My schedule is Tuesday 11a-11p - Friday 7a-7p - Saturday 1p-1a and I do pick up shifts here and there. With this being said, I can come by before and/or after my shifts. I am currently not accepting boarding as my current living situation is not feasible for more animals than I currently own. I can care for pets in your home!

I truly enjoy my time with dogs, which I think helps them be at ease while you’re away. There are very few other things I'd rather do than take a dog for a walk! Pooches keep us humble and remind us to live in the moment. My full-time job is in secondary research, and my favorite "off hours" topic is dogs. Learning about their behavior, needs and evolution is endlessly fascinating to me. While I'm a relative layman (much respect to trainers & vets!), I'm well versed in canine safety and understanding their behaviors and context. I was motivated to work through Rover because my own dog doesn't do well with boarding, and we have found our amazing sitters here (my dog is home with his Dad while I’m sitting for you). So, when I saw the need in our community for more pet care options that take on only one pet (or family) at a time, I realized it would be a natural and rewarding use of my time. Generally, I work 10 - 6 from home / remotely. I can also do midday visits, before and after are also free for playtime and pup care. I keep a safe environment for your dog. Currently, I only offer overnight services in the client / dog's home and do not bring dogs that I don't know into my own home.

About: I’ve been around dogs and cats my whole life and love to care for them. Whether it’s keeping them active or spending some chill time together, we will have so much fun! I’m flexible on weekdays after 5pm and am available for house sitting most days of the week. My availability is flexible with enough advance notice. I am a visitor in your pets home and will do what I need to make them, and you, feel safe, happy, and worry free while you’re taking a break.

Since working there I have been a pet sitter for many of my friends and family. I love caring for all animals of any size! I am currently available on WEEKENDS and 5pm - 8pm weekdays. I will care and love your pups and/ or kitties, like my own, during our walks and/or visits! My pups and I are lucky enough to have a fenced in yard of our own to play in, but at least once a day I like to take them for a walk. I will care for your pet however they need to be tended to. Whether that’s playing outside, walking them or just keeping them company inside. I can assure that you and your pet will be happy and satisfied at the end of our visit.

I like to establish trust with owners and their pets prior to jumping right into walking or taking care of pets. The overall relationship between me, the owner(you) and your furry friend will be better that way. Trust is a huge thing for our loyal pets. My job is to take care and love your pet in your short absence as if they were my own...whether you have to go to work or an appointment. I’ll be there, so your pet isn’t lonely and so you aren’t worried, we will play with all their favorite toys and do all their favorite things. I want you to know your pet is safe with me. I am currently working part-time so I will have plenty of time to spend with your pets, I am available Tuesday-Thursday morning into the evening. I am sure to be the most respectful as I am entering your home for drop in visits or walks. I am responsible with any directions set for me such as securing the home prior to leaving.
