About: I’ve had cats my entire life and a dog since I was ten. I’ve also been volunteering at animal shelters since the beginning of 2024! I have a calm energy which is great for putting anxious pets at ease. I have the most experience with small dogs but love dogs of all sizes! I have the most availability on weekends but I have no problem making weeknight visits to provide your pets with the care they deserve! I have my own car so transportation is not an issue. Pet safety whether out and about or in your home is my top priority! I am careful to observe animal body language so I can better know when to give a pet space or remove them from a distressing situation. Routine training and walking has helped me be successful when I have owned/trained my dogs. Calm, consistent leadership is so important in the dynamic of my animals and I. Both of my dogs are crate trained, walked twice daily to keep their minds stimulated, and PLAYTIME! Lots of playtime throughout the day. I cannot be with my dogs all day so I do need to wear them out sometimes when I know I will be gone for more than 4 hours. On top of general maintenance for the animals, high quality food and bone/joint supplements are provided as well as healthy treats. We try to only bathe when needed but that's usually once a month. Both of my dogs are linked with a vet as well in case of emergency and they are up to date on all their shots and medications to keep them healthy and disease free.
