About: I have 2 dogs at home back in Austin, one since late 2012, the other since early 2016. I've always gotten along well with dogs. I've found that most of them are very perceptive to who dog people are and they basically always recognize that in me. My dogs back in Austin helped me get through the day. Other than going to school at Hudson Valley Community College, there hopefully shouldn't be any scheduling conflicts. I try to make sure my dogs get enough attention, and usually we can count on each other for emotional support when they wouldn't prefer to spend time with the other members of my family.

About: My whole life I’ve just loved animals. I’ve always had pets. I was the one in my family that pet sat when they went away. About: I’ve had pets my entire life and have always enjoyed taking care of friends and family’s pets. I’ve taken care of countless dogs and cats including puppies. I work until 3:30 pm on weekdays but I am completely free on the Saturdays and Sundays and have some availability in afternoons after 4 pm and at night. I have experience dog sitting and following instructions on when to feed the pets as well as how often to take them out etc. I always make sure to keep any human food or dangerous objects out of reach and to always keep an eye on them while in the house. On walks I am also very attentive and make sure that the dog is secure in the harness.

About: I have been caring for animals since I was a child. I started small with hamster and fish, eventually teaching myself to care for larger species through rigorous online teachings and experience. I work part time so that I can spend as much time working with and caring for animals as possible. Ideally taking care of at least 3 pets a day would be best case for me. I do not have the ability to care for pets in my home but I do have the knowledge and experience to crate fur babies when needed without causing them distress. I am familiar with getting animals of all domestic sizes into a state of calm for walks or sleep time or even cuddles after a long day of missing their folks.

Since I have pets of my own, I like to watch body language and (if needed) I separate dogs if they seem uncomfortable or they aren’t understanding another dog’s language. It doesn’t happen often, but it does happen and the goal is to keep everyone safe.

I have a calm energy which is great for putting anxious pets at ease. I have the most experience with small dogs but love dogs of all sizes! I have the most availability on weekends but I have no problem making weeknight visits to provide your pets with the care they deserve! I have my own car so transportation is not an issue. Pet safety whether out and about or in your home is my top priority! I am careful to observe animal body language so I can better know when to give a pet space or remove them from a distressing situation.
