“Faith immediately clicked with our meddlesome and reactive pit bull. My husband I already feel comfortable leaving our pup in her hands. Faith is also very quick to respond to our requests.”

“I am so relieved to hear how well he did! I forgot to tell you that he typically just pees on his walks. Good to have a bag ready anyway I’m assuming he buried his head in The snow and trolled through it like a mole? The one pic with snow all over his face is hysterical. I’ll be sure to book for Wednesday and Friday. The garage door code is 4003. It is the pad on the left when looking at the garage from the driveway. His leash is hanging right where you left it. Please do me a favor next time and remove his big collar too he’s done. Because he has so much hair it tends to get knotted up when he wears his collar too much. Thank you!!”
“Thank you again for all the attention you gave Molly. We hope to arrange sitting time with you again in the future! We felt very comfortable leaving her with you. She was in good hands!”

About: I have had 2 dogs in my life time. My first dog had diabetes, so I learned how to take special care of her. My second dog, that I have right now, is extremely hyper, so I have learned that she needs walks everyday. I have watched family and friends dogs over the years, and I loved every second of it. I recently moved to RI for my first job out of college and I genuinely miss being around animals. I would love to dog sit or dog walk to make some extra money and spend some time around dogs again. I’m available on the weekends and during the week. I work remotely Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I am pretty flexible and can accommodate to your needs. I am looking to do walks on my lunch breaks or before/ after work. Just let me know a date/ time and I can figure something out. I make sure my dog always has water and is able to spend time outside. She loves to sit in the sun, so I make sure to be out there with her to watch her. I would walk her daily because she always got so excited to go on them and it’s great exercise for her.
About: I have been pet-sitting for four years. I’m very familiar with animals of all kinds. I have a teacup chihuahua of my own. The people who have booked me in the past have had medium to big dogs, young to old, so I am well-versed in taking care of dogs of all sizes and all ages. I have grown up with dogs and cats, and I love animals overall!! I’m using Rover as a side job. My schedule is currently flexible, and I’m willing to work with owners to find a time and day that works for both of us. I send daily updates with photos and videos to owners. I’m well versed in giving liquid and pill medication. I’m always available to be reached while caring for your pets. I will bring your pets on at least two walks a day, depending on your pet. I’ll never make your pet do something they do not want to do/are uncomfortable with, within reason. (I.e. I have to make your pet do something for their safety.) If you have a shock collar, I will not use it. I feel it is inhumane to shock animals into submission and obedience.
About: 20 plus years experienced caretaker. I've rescued, fostered and adopted senior pets, pregnant mamas, puppies and the like. I have experience with walks, overnights, administering meds, wound care and of course snuggles. I work a pretty flexible part time schedule of afternoon and early evening hours a few days a week that allows me to schedule visits as needed to accommodate your pets schedule. However I am instructed to do so by the owner. In my home, I have a fenced in yard, there is also a dog park in the community. I have animal crates if needed. Large and small depending upon what is needed. I also have a silly dog of my own at home as a companion.
About: Aside from my 3 personal pets, I have raised 4 Seeing Eye dogs and pet sat for over a dozen families. I have experience in dog first aid, potty training, and reactive dogs. Socialization is important and I have the knowledge on how to do so safely for each individual dog. All breeds of dogs are welcome. I work from home and am available 24/7. I love being able to take the dogs on either long walks or a quick potty break. I have a fenced in yard and a crate available for any size dog. I am aware of dog safe foods and carry Benadryl and hydrogen peroxide for emergencies.
About: I’ve taken care of neighbors’ dogs for years before and have had two family dogs that I’ve taken care of at all life stages, puppy through old age. I’m a sophomore in college and I’ll be home for a month doing nothing! I’m to make some money and spend my time productively over the break! I’m very hands-on and involved, always petting, playing, or walking, depending on what’s needed and wanted! I treat every dog like my own and will make sure they get exactly what they need.
“Thank you for getting Dunkin out for a walk this weekend, especially Saturday in the rain. He needs exercise rain or shine so appreciate you giving that a go! 👍😊”

“Magin is awesome! She took the time to do multiple visits with my dog and I to get my dog to warm up to her as she is territorial of the house. Magin has a gentle nature that our dog picked up on and our dog has been great with her on walks and check ins. Magin is communicative and always lets us know how the visit went and has even brought in packages from the porch for us. We feel very lucky to have found her on rover, and will use her services for as long as she lets us!”

About: Hi there! My name is Natalia and I live in South Burlington my little 12 year old fur baby (pug/daschund mix). I can understand and relate to the stress and importance of finding a trustworthy care giver. I would love to be able to give the kind of care to your little one like I would expect for my own. South Burlington and Williston area would work the best for me. I would love to meet your family and spend time with your little fur baby! :) I would be available Monday through Friday after 5pm (and before 8:30am depending on situation) and any time Saturday and Sunday. Willing to be flexible! 😁 My sweet Harley boy is an older pup who has incontinence and regularly wears diapers, so we understand that special pets sometimes have special needs!
“Truly a great experience with Alexa! Not only prompt response/communication for scheduling-but treated my dog Buddy like royalty. Better yet, family. She kept me updated on how everything was going and even sent pictures. Her dog Skadi was very friendly and got along with Buddy famousley. Buddy’s stay with Alexa was LUXURY to say the least! Highly recommend a booking with her… know I will be again.”

About: I truly love being around furry friends! I grew up with both a dog and a cat, so caring for pets has always been a part of my life. Now, I have a 1.5-year-old Labradoodle of my own, so I totally understand the energy (and chaos!) that can come with younger dogs. I have experience with everything from playful puppies to older pets and I’m happy to help with things like basic training or giving medication if needed. Your pet's safety and happiness are always my top priorities, and I treat every animal as if they were my own. I currently work full-time during the week, so my availability is mainly on weekends. That said, I’m very flexible with timing and happy to work around your schedule as best I can! I always try to stick as closely as possible to their normal routine—that way they feel comfortable and safe while you're away. I make sure they get plenty of attention, playtime, and cuddles, along with feeding, walks, and any other care instructions you provide.

My dog is in love with Faith. As soon as I tell him she's coming, he runs to the window and waits until he sees her car pull in. Then he goes crazy with excitement. His walks with her are the highlights of his week. He always comes back happy and tired. She's the best!

Sophie was great. She started with our little 11 week puppy Harvey. She was promp every day with him taking him out to do his business and for his lunch time feeling and then some time for play . We couldn't ask for more. I received pictures every day from Sophie. They are some of the best pics I have as im not much of a picture taker. She also took care of our nearly 15 year old dog Lucy. I don't think Lucy took part in the play but she sure liked the loving when she was out around the house. At her age she was happy with the company. She also was great when plans changed as they often do. Last she was honest with me. I booked the second week not realizing the first booking was a 2 week booking. I was double booked. I never would have known as i find the app a bit difficult to navigate, Sophie brought it to my attention and canceled the double booking. I appreciated that. Sophie Thank you so much for being our sitter for Harvey. He has enjoyed his time with you. We will send some pics as he grows up. Best wishes at school. Thanks again . Jay & Kate
