Hi, I’m Faith — an animal lover at heart with a lifelong passion for understanding and caring for pets. Animals have always been at the heart of my life. I grew up with dogs, cats, and ferrets, and spent much of my childhood on my grandparents’ farm caring for cows, sheep, and barn cats. Those early experiences shaped not only my love for animals, but also my respect for their individual personalities and needs. I graduated from Canisius College with a dual degree in Biology and Animal Behavior, Ecology & Conservation, and I’ve since built my career working in veterinary clinics and animal shelters in roles ranging from hands-on animal care to management. While I’ve explored other professional paths over the years, I’m always drawn back to working with animals — it’s truly where I feel most fulfilled. I have extensive experience with pets who need a little extra understanding, including those who are reactive, anxious, shy, or working through resource guarding behaviors. My background in behavior allows me to approach each pet with patience, structure, and calm confidence. I’ve also completed numerous animal care trainings and hold a Cat & Dog First Aid Certification through the American Red Cross, so safety is always a top priority. When your pet is with me, you can expect thoughtful, attentive care and clear communication. I understand how important it is to feel completely comfortable when someone else is caring for your animal, and I take that responsibility seriously.
