About: I am home full time in June and the first week of July and I am very flexible with hours/days. If you need a consistent dog sitter/walker I would be glad to make a set schedule for any given week. I have owned dogs, currently two golden retriever brothers, and have taken care of other dogs for over 10 years now. Doesn’t matter what size or if they even have a difficult personality, I’m great with all dogs and adjust well! Love playing with dogs and being active outdoors with them, whether it’s going on walks or playing fetch. If you have any special requests or the dog has any specific needs I will be happy to accommodate Currently working full time until mid May but have available hours then will be off for June and July. During this time I will have plenty of availability. I am happy to crate dogs if needed or take care of any other needs before I leave them. Will make sure they are secure before leaving!

About: I’ve had animals since I was a young girl. As a child we had cats. As a young adult I worked for a grooming, daycare, and boarding facility for 16 years. The only reason I stopped working was because of the birth of might twins.I also volunteered for a pet rescue, a pet shelter, and of course owned my own dogs, cats, and hamster. I’m a mom of 7! Some grown , some in college, and my youngest 2 are 9 year old twins. I have plenty of time during the days to walk, spend time, cuddle, and love on your furry family members. My specialty is mid day breaks/walks or check ins while you’re away or have a long day at work. I am aware of the tremendous responsibility it is caring for your pet. I have my own pups and kitties and will give the same love, care, and respect my babies receive.

We found Joanne and are so glad we did! She went above and beyond our needs. Our cats got lots of attention each time she came. She made sure their food and litter was topped off and kept the areas so clean. She was great about including lots of info and pictures in the report cards. She even watered our plants! Her sweet kids also came and played with the cats. They were very respectful of the house. It gave us such piece of mind knowing that our animals were looked after so attentively. About: My love for animals has guided me my entire professional life! From management at Bensons Pet Center, pet care specialist at Petsmart, Pets department manager at Runnings, and working hands on with pets At Sacandaga Vet Clinic! For walks, I’ll keep your dog safe, comfortable, and happy while giving them the exercise and enrichment they need. I’ll also send updates and photos during visits so you can have peace of mind knowing your pets are being well cared for while you’re away!

About: 20 plus years experienced caretaker. I've rescued, fostered and adopted senior pets, pregnant mamas, puppies and the like. I have experience with walks, overnights, administering meds, wound care and of course snuggles. I work a pretty flexible part time schedule of afternoon and early evening hours a few days a week that allows me to schedule visits as needed to accommodate your pets schedule. However I am instructed to do so by the owner. In my home, I have a fenced in yard, there is also a dog park in the community. I have animal crates if needed. Large and small depending upon what is needed. I also have a silly dog of my own at home as a companion.

About: Throughout my life I have taken care of dogs in many different capacities. Today I am currently an owner, foster parent for Petey's Legacy, and lover of all furry friends. I have experience with all ages and breeds and can provide the greatest experience a pup can ask for. I am always available for whatever your friend may need. I am available anytime, day or night to care for your pets. I know pets sometimes cannot wait to get the care they need and I am able to place them first on my list. I currently have two dogs and foster another one. At my home I have land that allows the dogs to move freely while on an extended leash. My foster dog has their own space that is separated from the other two so they can feel comfortable with a place of their own. All dogs receive equal attention and love. If I am caring for your pets at your home I am able to stay overnight if requested.

About: I have been taking care of my personal pets and assisting family with theirs since I was about 12. I have experience mostly with cats and dogs(everything from feeding and bathing to grooming and administering medication, I don’t do nails though), but I can also take care of basic needs for birds such as feeding/water and cleaning cages. About: I have 15 years experience caring for dogs of all ages and sizes, as well as small animals and exotics. I foster dogs for a breed specific rescue, with medical and severe behavioral issues so I’ve seen it all. (Dog and human aggression ect…) If dogs are boarding in my home they must be crate trained and/or fully dog and cat friendly. We can always work something out, message me! I do not board cats but would be happy to stop by and spend some time with them. I’m home full time right now! I may go out for a couple hours for dog walking, but other than that someone is always here. We have a spare room if they need their own space. We have lots of experience fostering and crate/ rotate. We always make sure to spend equal quality time with each dog. If I am caring for your pets at your home I will spend the night there with them.

“My 70lb Olde English Bulldogge is very strong. He loves to jump on people and is pretty strong. Sometimes he doesn’t know his own strength. Ashley was great with him. She took him around the neighborhood and made sure he pooped, peed and had his daily exercise twice a day. She also washed his bowl before every feeding per our request and also provided him his brita water. She also, kept our place like how it was when we left. Our dog seemed to like her and wasn’t stressed out when we got home. He was very happy. She also sent us pictures and communicated very well. Overall, I would recommend and hire her again.”
