About: Hello! I'm Selena, a student at Skidmore college, doing research over the summer. Back home, I'm the owner of one dog as well as two cats, and I regularly dog sit for my friends and family members. My love of animals is well known and I'm always their go-to for pet sitting, as they know I'm always happy to do it. My current Bernedoodle has been with me since she was just a puppy, so I'm very aware of how much care and attention puppies need. I've also cared for dogs on the older side, and I'm open to dogs of all ages and sizes! Caring for pets is very important to me, so much so that when I do not have an animal to care for (i.e. when I'm alone at school), I become very sad. Growing up, taking care of animals every day was very important to me. I am unfortunately a college student living in on-campus housing, so I am unable to care for pets in my own space. However, I make sure pets are happy in my client's home and makes sure to keep the space maintained well!

“When my usual pet sitter was out of town recently and I needed someone pretty last minute, I frantically started looking for someone to come for my dog and cat’s first in-home overnight stay. Libby was SO sweet, accommodating and patient with me, and immediately seemed to have a connection with my fur babies. She was prompt and courteous, and kept in touch during the stay including pictures. I’ll absolutely be calling Libby again!”

About: Hello there, fellow pet parents! I’m Taylor and I can’t wait to meet your furry, feathery, and scaly companions! I have spent as much of my life as I can remember caring for and being around all types of animals. Honestly being around animals just makes me the happiest I could be. I have 5 rescue animals of my own! 2 dogs, 2 Cats, and a bird! All of which I rescued not from a shelter but by very happy coincidences! I work part time at a boarding facility so I’m with animals not just at home but at work as well!! I work remote for my full time job half the week so my availability is pretty open. As I work at a boarding facility I have a wealth of experience when it comes to a wide verity of pets. I understand the importances of feeding times, administration of medication, and routines in general. Your pets health and safety is my top priority. I know when I am away from my animals I love getting updates so I believe communication is key. I love sending photos and updates so when you’re not there you can still feel with them! I work remote half of the week so I have plenty of time to spend with your animals on the other days I can be there before and after my shift. “I am so glad that I found Angela! She took such amazing care of my 3 little loves last weekend. I don't leave them often and if you knew how adorable they are you'd understand why. I also am super protective of them and my first born is on a whole lot of meds because he is 16. This did not faze Angela at all ... she was so conscientious with reading the notes and making sure my baby got all his meds at the right dose and at the right time. One of my other little ones struggles with strangers. Angela wanted to do everything she could to help him adjust by stopping by tow more times after the meet and greet to help him get acclimated to her. My other baby just wanted to be her best friend and Angela gave him that time and attention. I came home and I could tell my pups felt good and were happy and that was so important to me. We love our new babysitter!!”

About: I’ve had pets since I was a kid and have always had a very large role in taking care of them. I love animals of every kind, and always have so much fun taking care of them. I’ve watched my family and friend’s animals many times, and always make sure to send lots of updates on how they are doing, as well as providing the best care! I have worked at a vet hospital as a receptionist, and in that role have had a lot of hands on experience with animals. It taught me how to work with every animal, and was one of my favorite jobs. I’m currently working as a substitute teacher, and am usually able to make my own schedule, which gives me the flexibility for all of your pets needs! I always make sure to read all care instructions through so that I can understand them so that your pet is getting the best care possible. I also am someone who will always take a gentle approach with your pet, creating trust between us. That trusting relationship is very important for all situations. About: I am currently attending Long Island University College of Veterinary Medicine to become a veterinarian! I have experience in pet sitting as well as hospital settings including boarding and being a veterinary assistant.
