From the beginning, they were incredibly welcoming and made us feel comfortable leaving our pets in their care. We also really appreciated how reasonable Megan’s pricing was. We had seen other sitters on the app charging an arm and a leg for each cat, so it was refreshing to find someone who was both affordable and provided such great care. Megan gave us regular updates on how Nova, Spirit, and Salem were doing while we were away, which gave my son and me a lot of peace of mind. It was obvious that our pets felt comfortable and happy with her and her family. In fact, they seemed like they didn’t even want to come home! The little toy camper and the dog cookies were such a special touch, too! It was incredibly thoughtful and just another example of how much care Megan puts into making both the pets and their owners feel appreciated.
