About: I have been pet sitting since I was 10 years old and babysitting since I was 13 years old. I have had pets my whole life and have gained the nickname Dr. Doolittle because of how good I am with all types of animals! I have always been a natural at caretaking for animals and kids. I have experience working with behavioral and nervous dogs as well as all sizes of dogs. I am currently a full-time graduate student studying special education and literacy. On weekdays I am student-teaching during school day hours (7am-3pm) and on weekends I am typically busy doing homework! Over the summer I work as a teaching assistant where my hours are 8:30am-2:30pm on weekdays. On the weekends I am able to spend the majority of the time caring for pets, often hanging out with them and doing homework, and taking breaks to play and go on walks! During the week while I am working I am able to stop in for walks and feeding after work and class. When caring for pets in a clients home I am always sure that I know where everything I may need is located in the home including food, treats, collars, leashes, potty bags, kitty litter, scoops, etc. I also am sure to check in with clients so I know what areas of the home are totally off limits and what is allowed (for me and the pets!). I always do my best to create an environment for pets so that they feel safe and comfortable with me in their home so that they know they can trust me!

Please note that I am unable to do walks longer than 20-30 minutes. I am available for longer daytime stays but not overnight stays. I am currently a student, so my schedule, while a little sporadic, is fairly open, especially on the weekends. I also enjoy taking walks when I can, so adding dogs to those walks can only make them better! I do not accept clients for boarding. I am able to keep up with all energetic dogs, but also relax with the ones that like to keep it chill!! Sat+ Sun: available all day and night Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri,: not available during day Tuesday: available all day, and Monday into Tuesday. Available before 8am and after 6:30 pm weekdays, except Tuesday. Currently at this time I am only offer services that are to be scheduled at the clients home. With an allergic housemate the boarding/ doggy daycare options are off the table. With that being said- there is no problem picking up your furry pal to bring them to a park or hike to get the energy out!! While at your home, I’ll do as you request, and everything will be spotless when you get home to cuddle with your fury friend!

That gives me plenty of time with your pup during the rest of the week and makes my availability very flexible Although I do not have a fenced backyard we have a gate we put up in the back when the dogs are outback to ensure there safety as well as the other dogs around the neighborhood

Scott was wonderful with our 3 dogs. One has stranger danger and he she warmed up to him with no question. Our puppy had some accidents and he made sure his crate was cleaned and dry. He was prompt and communicated very well. Would use him again in a heart beat!
