With over 43 years caring for cats and 25+ years caring for dogs, I’ve worked with pets of all ages, from energetic puppies and kittens to senior and ailing animals requiring patience, specialized care, and medication management. I don’t just provide basic pet sitting—I create an environment where pets feel safe, loved, and truly at home, whether they stay with me or I care for them in their own space. Beyond my personal experience, I’ve also taken dog training class whenever introducing a new pet into my home, ensuring I understand their unique behaviors, training needs, and the best ways to support them. I know that young, high-energy pets need enrichment and engagement, while older or anxious animals require gentle attention, consistency, and compassion. My work-from-home schedule allows me to supervise pets 100% of the time, and my services include everything from snuggles and playtime to feeding, medications, and regular updates with photos and videos. I prioritize individualized care, making sure every pet feels comfortable, happy, and truly part of the family. I currently work from home Saturday through Tuesday, which means those are the days I offer boarding, and I’ll be in the house 100% of the time with your fur babies. I’m available for boarding on Fridays after 6 PM, with pick-up by Tuesday at 9 PM. If you need accommodations outside of these times, exceptions may be possible—we can discuss based on both my schedule, the pet, and your needs. I offer comprehensive, personalized pet care both in my home and in my clients’ homes, ensuring every pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved. Whether your pet stays with me or I care for them in their own familiar space, they will receive plenty of snuggles, affection, and one-on-one attention. My services include feeding, medication administration, enrichment activities, playtime (indoor or outdoor as needed), and maintaining their daily routines to minimize stress. I also keep you connected with regular photos and videos, so you can have peace of mind knowing your furry friend is happy and well cared for. Every pet is unique, and I take the time to understand their needs—whether it’s extra cuddle time, mental stimulation, or specialized care—so they feel truly at home, no matter where they are.

About: Hi, I'm Meg and I have been caring for and working with animals almost my entire life. Growing up I would come home constantly with some sort of new animal friend asking if I could keep it. My parents always said yes of course but were very strict when it came to caring for the animal myself, so I have learned a lot over the years. I currently own a dog, two reptiles a snake and a blue tongue skink, and two parrots a Nanday Conure and a green cheek conure. What makes me different I would suppose from other sitters and walkers is I have more in-depth knowledge when it comes to dogs and other animals. I worked at PetSmart for about 6 years and learned all about nutrition, proper toys, and techniques to help dogs and owners learn. I also worked in pet care where it was my job to know proper diets and habitats for reptiles, small animals, birds and fish. I needed to know signs of illness or stress. I moved on in the company as a certified dog trainer. I worked with all kinds of breeds and all sizes. From being a dog trainer I know signs of stress and anxiety and how to help a pet dealing with that. I can help with potty training, basic commands, loose leash walking, tricks and lots of other things. About: Grew up with cats and dogs. Always made myself available to watch friends pets. Have my own dog now. Want to spend more time with the good-est pooches and kitties. Looking for additional income to take on more pets in my own home! I work from home on my own schedule. So I’m generally open and have the ability to move other commitments, if needed. Neutered / Spayed is a must, as well. A meetup must be done, prior to services, ensuring everything goes well with all dogs. All four of my cats are friendly with dogs. My cats are harmless.
