Every dog feels understood, protected, and truly at home. Review Note: Seven years ago, before I learned the importance of boundaries, I struggled with scheduling. After a long hiatus, I rebuilt my entire care system with strict capacity limits and clear routines. Today, every dog receives reliable, safe, structured care. We’re not a facility — we’re a small, rescue‑rooted home. We accept only three guest dogs at a time, ensuring calm energy, emotional safety, and individualized care. Seniors and disabled pups are always welcome, regardless of size. A meet & greet ensures compatibility with our three rescues and indoor cats. Our home includes a double‑gated breezeway for safe drop‑offs, a staircase‑free layout, and fully pet‑friendly furniture. Crates are optional and only used if a dog chooses one. Outside, our wide fenced yard offers shade, cooling mats, a small & large size dog pool, and plenty of space for zoomies and gentle exploration. Traditional facilities can be loud, crowded, and overstimulating. Our home is the opposite — quiet, structured, small‑scale, and supervised at all times. Dogs enjoy nature enrichment, gentle routines, cozy sleeping spaces, and real companionship. It’s safer, calmer, and healthier for seniors, rescues, and sensitive pups.

About: Hi, I’m Kaitlin Morton! Animals have always been a huge part of my life—growing up, we always had dogs, and that love for pets only grew stronger as I got older. I spent 5 years working at Mohawk Hudson as the Admissions Supervisor and also served as one of the Animal Cruelty Officers. During that time, I worked with pets of all breeds, sizes, and personalities, which taught me patience, understanding, and how to provide the best care possible. The “bad nuggets” have always been my favorite—I love working with animals who might need a little extra time, reassurance, or structure. Whether it’s playtime, cuddles, training reinforcement, or just sticking to their daily routine, I’ll treat your pet like one of my own. My goal is always to make them feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. I am very flexible with my schedule, I can work most days at most times. I work seasonally from December till April otherwise have open availability for any types of needs. Can cater to just about any request that is given. I have a large yard that is not fenced in but a chain with plenty of room for running. I currently own two dogs myself which can either co mingle with your puppy or I have space available for them to be separate as well.

About: Hi, I'm Meg and I have been caring for and working with animals almost my entire life. Growing up I would come home constantly with some sort of new animal friend asking if I could keep it. My parents always said yes of course but were very strict when it came to caring for the animal myself, so I have learned a lot over the years. I currently own a dog, two reptiles a snake and a blue tongue skink, and two parrots a Nanday Conure and a green cheek conure. What makes me different I would suppose from other sitters and walkers is I have more in-depth knowledge when it comes to dogs and other animals. I worked at PetSmart for about 6 years and learned all about nutrition, proper toys, and techniques to help dogs and owners learn. I also worked in pet care where it was my job to know proper diets and habitats for reptiles, small animals, birds and fish. I needed to know signs of illness or stress. I moved on in the company as a certified dog trainer. I worked with all kinds of breeds and all sizes. From being a dog trainer I know signs of stress and anxiety and how to help a pet dealing with that. I can help with potty training, basic commands, loose leash walking, tricks and lots of other things. I love animals and couldn't Imagine living without them so I understand what its like to have that piece of mind while away.

Our day starts between 6-7am, with initial let outs--group play if appropriate to get that morning energy out. Then we settle in for breakfast time, all dogs rest 30 minutes prior to meals, 30 minutes to eat, then followed by another 30-60 minutes to digest. This helps prevent bloat( while any size dog CAN bloat--most often occurs in larger/deep chested breeds, but I take no chances). We then are in and out throughout the rest of the day when dinner time commences between 5-6pm, repeating the same 30-30-30/60 routine. Last let outs and romps wrapping up around 10-11pm. I don't operate a free for all. Fully fenced in yard. Specifically zoned areas for potting and play. Daily house keeping services including vacuuming and daily crate wipe down and disinfection. Dogs are outside as much as we can be, under direct supervision weather permitting.

About: As a lifelong dog lover, I know just how special the bond between a person and their dog can be. About a year ago, I unexpectedly lost my own boy to a sudden heart condition. It broke my heart, and for a while, I couldn’t imagine opening my home to another dog of my own. I do, however, miss having dogs in my life—their personalities, their companionship, and all the joy they bring. That’s what led me to Rover! I’d love the opportunity to give your pup some extra love, attention, exercise, and companionship while you’re away. Your dog will be treated like family, with plenty of patience, affection, and care. I know how much trust it takes to leave your pup with someone else, and I’d be honored to be that person for you. 🐾❤️ I’m a bartender with a schedule that gives me plenty of flexibility during the weekdays. My days off are often spent getting outside for walks, runs, and enjoying some fresh air, so having a pup to join me would be the perfect addition to my routine! Because I work at a seasonal location, my availability will become even more flexible as the season winds down.
