Taking care of two dogs can be a lot, but Jessica handled everything so well and made the whole process stress-free for us She kept us updated regularly with pictures and messages, and it was clear the dogs were getting tons of love, attention, and care every single day. One of our dogs is usually cautious around new people and was completely adamant about not warming up to anyone at first but by mid week, they had become best buddies. Seeing that level of trust and comfort honestly meant so much to us. Kathryn stayed in our home for three nights while caring for our 9-month-old puppy, Steele. Steele is still young and requires a good amount of structure and attention—she can only be crated for up to four hours at a time and eats three meals a day. Kathryn handled all of this seamlessly and kept Steele on her routine without any issues. What we especially appreciated was Kathryn’s care during a slightly more challenging time—Steele was just finishing her heat cycle, and Kathryn managed everything with professionalism and ease. It gave us real peace of mind knowing Steele was in such capable hands. We came home to a happy, well-cared-for pup and a house that was just as we left it.
