About: I have grown up with dogs my whole life, I was a bather in a dog salon, and my sister is a vet assistant and pet groomer who I have been learning from. I have spent the last 5 years dog sitting for various friends and family. I currently care for my three year old niece during the day and I have the ability to be home with your pet all day during their stay :) We have a fenced in yard, we live on a quiet dead end street and my sister (who also lives in the home) is a vet assistant and pet groomer who knows emergency protocols. I also care for her pets throughout the day, but separate from boarders during their stay. About: I have hosted dogs for over 15 years and have experience with many breeds. My dog Harvey was a member of Therapy Dog International. I believe that the key to well-behaved dogs is plenty of exercise so aside from wrestling and chasing, we go for long walks preferably off-leash. Our home is on the Mohawk River so water loving dogs get to swim. I take care of dogs full time. I live on a dead end street so we can take frequent short walks. We also go to the dog park. Every dog has unique qualities that require special attention and care. I watch for fear-based reactions and avoid certain situations or help to overcome anxiety.

Kathryn stayed in our home for three nights while caring for our 9-month-old puppy, Steele. Steele is still young and requires a good amount of structure and attention—she can only be crated for up to four hours at a time and eats three meals a day. Kathryn handled all of this seamlessly and kept Steele on her routine without any issues. What we especially appreciated was Kathryn’s care during a slightly more challenging time—Steele was just finishing her heat cycle, and Kathryn managed everything with professionalism and ease. It gave us real peace of mind knowing Steele was in such capable hands. We came home to a happy, well-cared-for pup and a house that was just as we left it. Kathryn clearly cares about the animals she looks after and treats them like her own. We would gladly book Kathryn again and highly recommend her to others!

Anna was wonderful with our high-energy 7-month-old Lab! She arrived on time, spent plenty of time outside with her even in the cold, and stayed for five hours. She followed all instructions and made sure our pup was fed lunch and dinner. We felt completely at ease and would absolutely recommend her.
Kimberly is an exceptional sitter! We went away for a long weekend and she took excellent care of our Lab-mix, Penny. Her communication was excellent and she regularly sent photos and videos of Penny during her walks and play time.
