About: We always had a family dog during my childhood. As I was raising my children, we had both dogs and cats throughout the years. I have adopted cats from shelters over the last 15 years (one being a senior cat who passed away during COVID). Over the last 8 years, I have provided live-in dog care/house sitting for my sister's dogs as she traveled to the west coast. I currently help friends and family with animal care as needed. I can't say enough good things about Whitney! She lived at our house with our four pets for a week. I was nervous about flying across the country and leaving our animals for so long. But my nerves went away from Whitney's first update. She had the perfect level of communication throughout our trip, and sent the most beautiful photos of our animals (I seriously would like to frame a few!). Best of all, I could tell from the photos that all the pets were relaxed and comfortable with her, because they seemed to be in all of their normal routines. When things came up unexpectedly with our house, Whitney communicated quickly and clearly about them. She is extremely trustworthy and responsible, and we would not hesitate to have her stay with our pets again! Marlow was amazing!! One of the best dog sitters/house sitters we’ve had. They send updates and photos twice a day, played and walked with our pup, and followed his routine to a tee. He liked them so much I think he was a little depressed the next couple days after they left. We will definitely ask them a to watch out sweet pup again!

Kathryn stayed in our home for three nights while caring for our 9-month-old puppy, Steele. Steele is still young and requires a good amount of structure and attention—she can only be crated for up to four hours at a time and eats three meals a day. Kathryn handled all of this seamlessly and kept Steele on her routine without any issues. What we especially appreciated was Kathryn’s care during a slightly more challenging time—Steele was just finishing her heat cycle, and Kathryn managed everything with professionalism and ease. It gave us real peace of mind knowing Steele was in such capable hands. We came home to a happy, well-cared-for pup and a house that was just as we left it. Kimberly is an exceptional sitter! We went away for a long weekend and she took excellent care of our Lab-mix, Penny.
