I believe that the key to well-behaved dogs is plenty of exercise so aside from wrestling and chasing, we go for long walks preferably off-leash. Our home is on the Mohawk River so water loving dogs get to swim. I take care of dogs full time. I live on a dead end street so we can take frequent short walks. We also go to the dog park. Marlow was amazing!! One of the best dog sitters/house sitters we’ve had. They send updates and photos twice a day, played and walked with our pup, and followed his routine to a tee. He liked them so much I think he was a little depressed the next couple days after they left. We will definitely ask them a to watch out sweet pup again!

We received thoughtful updates and wonderful photos throughout our trip, which gave us complete peace of mind. During an intense heatwave, our central air unexpectedly started making a loud noise. While we were hundreds of miles away, she calmly troubleshot the issue with us over the phone, and together we were able to solve the problem quickly. That level of care and willingness to help went far beyond what anyone would expect. As if that wasn't enough, she even surprised Steele with a new toy. It was such a thoughtful gesture that perfectly reflects the kind of person she is. When we returned home, Steele was happy, relaxed, and clearly loved. Our home was also in excellent condition. Finding someone you trust with both your home and your beloved dog is priceless. We cannot recommend her highly enough, and we will absolutely book with her again. Kathryn stayed in our home for three nights while caring for our 9-month-old puppy, Steele. Steele is still young and requires a good amount of structure and attention—she can only be crated for up to four hours at a time and eats three meals a day. Kathryn handled all of this seamlessly and kept Steele on her routine without any issues. What we especially appreciated was Kathryn’s care during a slightly more challenging time—Steele was just finishing her heat cycle, and Kathryn managed everything with professionalism and ease. It gave us real peace of mind knowing Steele was in such capable hands. We came home to a happy, well-cared-for pup and a house that was just as we left it.
