From our initial meet-and-greet through the entire stay, Jennifer was warm, attentive, communicative, and genuinely invested in making sure both dogs were happy and well cared for. Moose is a senior Great Pyrenees with some mobility limitations and additional care needs, and Jennifer went above and beyond for him. She was patient and compassionate, adapted walks and activities to what he was comfortably able to do, helped him when he needed assistance, stayed on top of his medications, and made sure he was comfortable and included. At the same time, she made sure Maggie received just as much individual attention and plenty of activity suited to her energy level. Jennifer sent frequent updates and so many wonderful photos throughout their stay, which we really appreciated. Her mom was also wonderful with the dogs, and it was clear that Moose and Maggie received so much attention and affection while they were there. Jennifer was also incredibly flexible and accommodating throughout the stay, which made everything much easier for us. We’re extremely grateful for the care they received and would absolutely trust Jennifer with them again. I know Moose and Maggie will be very happy when they realize they’re headed back for another stay!”

Mery and Brad were so warm and loving to our little Rosie! She was very happy in their home and played endlessly with the other dogs in their care. Tatiana was so great with Bentley! She picked her up and dropped her back off, which was incredibly helpful, and took such good care of her while she was there. Bentley had so much fun getting to hang out and socialize with her dogs, and it was obvious she was getting lots of love and attention. She came home happy, tired, and well cared for, which is exactly what you hope for. I really appreciated how caring and easygoing Tatiana was throughout the whole experience.
