About: Having grown up with cats and dogs, I recently spent a couple of years on a horse farm caring for horses, cows, chickens, large dogs, and barn cats. From feeding and bathing to administering medicine, I've spent years with animals. I love meeting new pets and learning about them. I look forward to making memories with these new pets and hopefully making pet parents’ day a little easier. I’m currently a senior in high school but I only have 3 classes from 10-12:30 making my schedule pretty open on weekdays. On weekends I host kids birthday parties which are usually only 2 hours and from 12-2 or 2-4 other than that I am free. When it comes to drop in visits I like to follow strictly to pet parents instructions to make sure all expectations are being met with no risk of harm to pets or property.

About: Hi, I'm Meg and I have been caring for and working with animals almost my entire life. Growing up I would come home constantly with some sort of new animal friend asking if I could keep it. My parents always said yes of course but were very strict when it came to caring for the animal myself, so I have learned a lot over the years. I currently own a dog, two reptiles a snake and a blue tongue skink, and two parrots a Nanday Conure and a green cheek conure. What makes me different I would suppose from other sitters and walkers is I have more in-depth knowledge when it comes to dogs and other animals. I worked at PetSmart for about 6 years and learned all about nutrition, proper toys, and techniques to help dogs and owners learn. I also worked in pet care where it was my job to know proper diets and habitats for reptiles, small animals, birds and fish. I needed to know signs of illness or stress. I moved on in the company as a certified dog trainer. I worked with all kinds of breeds and all sizes. From being a dog trainer I know signs of stress and anxiety and how to help a pet dealing with that. About: I have great experience with all types of animals in all ranges of age and necessities. I have worked at a barn as well as volunteer at my local animal shelter. I also grew up fostering puppies and kittens as young as days old. I have multiple pets of my own and they are my whole world, I treat any animal with the same level of respect. I work part time but my schedule is very flexible with an enough time in advance. I am free pretty much all day on weekends and most consistently after 3 on weekdays. However my schedule does shift and I am an early riser so I can make most other times work. I currently do not offer home services in my personal house. At a clients home I will listen to whatever instructions are given and keep everything as similar as possible for overnight and drop-in visits to help keep stress levels down for your animal.

Boarding (My House) When a pet stays with me, I treat them like a temporary member of my own family. Safe Space: I provide a clean, pet-proofed environment with designated areas for resting, eating, and play. Supervised Socialization: If I have other pets in the house, all interactions are closely supervised and introduced slowly to ensure everyone stays happy and safe. Constant Monitoring: I keep a close eye on behavior, appetite, and energy levels to ensure they are adjusting well to the new surroundings. The Golden Rule: No matter the location, I prioritize fresh water, clear communication (including "pupdates"), and lots of positive reinforcement. My goal is a happy, relaxed pet and total peace of mind for you.
“Lori was an absolutely perfect sitter for our pup, Piper. She was very responsive to any contact and very accommodating. Her place is a wonderful environment for dogs and she has a genuine affection for them which shows through when you meet her. Piper was clean and happy when we picked her up. If we head out of town again, Lori is definitely our go-to sitter!”

“Chrissy did an amazing job caring for our puppy Rosie. She sent updates and pictures of Rosie playing with toys, doing zoomies in her house and generally being her spirited, lively self in Chrissy’s home. Chrissy’s fenced backyard was a bonus. She was so kind, thorough and responsible, we felt very comfortable leaving our sweet Rosie with Chrissy. Highly recommend!!”

“Ginger took excellent care of Millie during our vacation. I was very nervous as this was her first time away from home. We were looking for someone who would love Millie as much as we do, Ginger is that perfect person! She is kind and loving and treated Millie like her own. We had a meet & greet with Ginger and Ranger (Ginger's sweet dog) prior to our boarding. This helped put my mind at ease that our pup would be well cared for. During the boarding Ginger provided me with daily updates and pictures. Millie was very happy during her stay and well cared for. I will definitely be using Ginger again in the future, she is just wonderful.”
“Very happy with Jillian’s services! She took great care of my highly anxious rescue dog. She seems to have a lot of experience. If you need to see lots of pictures of your pup, this maybe isn’t going to be what you expected. But I believe my dog was in capable, caring hands.”
“Amanda is the best dog-sitter ever and Woodrow had a fantastic time with her!!!! Amanda was very transparent, kept in constant contact and sent plenty of pics of Woodrow on hikes, walks, sleeping, sun bathing and playing. I can leave Woodrow without any concerns at all. “Chris was a wonderful sitter. With Chris, you also get Jia, his girlfriend, as a bonus second sitter who loves dogs. Bentley made immediate friends upon the preliminary meet and greet. The couple has no pets currently, so they were able to give Bentley loads of personal attention and play time. Chris lives near Washington Park, so Bentley had plenty of grassy area to run around and meet other dogs. Chris and Jia worked with our high energy, young pyredoodle, so Bentley would respond to commands more readily. We highly recommend booking with Chris.”
