About: I’ve cared for dogs and cats of all sizes. I’ve worked with puppies, special needs, and senior dogs. I would love to meet your pet! I’m currently doing some part time internship work during the week. But my schedule is flexible especially on Tuesday and Thursday. My weekends are free. I love spending time with animals. I am able to bathe, walk, crate, feed, and give medications. I would love to come meet your pets!
About: What sets me apart is my hands-on experience with dogs of all ages and personalities. I’ve volunteered at a dog shelter, cared for my own dog Missy for 9 years, and worked part-time at Camp Bow Wow (located in Bound Brook, NJ). This background helps me create a safe, structured, and positive environment where your dog can relax, have fun, and feel well cared for. I currently work part-time, which gives me plenty of flexibility to fit pet care into my weekly routine. I’m able to schedule visits, walks, and drop-ins around my work hours, so your pet can get consistent attention and care. I plan my days with your pet’s needs in mind, making sure they stay on their usual feeding, play, and walk schedule while you’re away. I care for pets by following their usual routines for feeding, walks, playtime, and rest so they feel secure and comfortable. I pay close attention to their behavior and body language, give them plenty of affection and enrichment, and keep their space clean and safe. I also stick closely to any instructions you provide, from favorite toys and treats to specific schedules, to make sure your pet’s day feels as normal and stress-free as possible.
“The absolute best pet sitter ever! Our cats' happiness is proof of the wonderful care and attention Camilla provides. From the moment we met her, she was kind, professional, and genuinely caring. Knowing our cats were in such good hands gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. It's not easy to earn the trust of our cats, but they were comfortable and happy with Camilla, which says everything about the way she cares for animals. We are incredibly grateful for her help and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, compassionate, and trustworthy pet sitter.”

“Megan took great care of our two cats while we were away! She was super communicative throughout, and sent plenty of cute pictures and updates. Our shy cat warmed up to her right away.”

“Angela was wonderful with Mikey. He doesn’t like strangers and she manages to get him out from his hiding space. She arrived as promised and kept us informed. High recommendation’s from my husband, myself and Mikey.”

“Alexandria was great! Appreciated her flexibility adding a drop in on short notice and grateful for her attention to detail in caring for our cats- we came home to happy and clean kitties!”

“Rachelle has been fantastic for our entire family! She responds quickly and is always prompt for our pups. I feel so grateful for all that she does for them while we are away. Pictures & videos are so much fun!!”

About: My name is Stuart, I am relocating to the area as I am starting a position at Albany Medical Center (AMC) in October. As I wait to begin my next chapter, nothing would make me more happy than to spend time with animals! I have always had a knack for the outdoors and have always had a soft spot for animals. I am an avid runner and am almost always be found running or hiking. I can guaranteed your dog will get the exercise and care he/she needs under my supervision. I have experience volunteering at the Lake Placid Vet as-well as volunteer experience at the Saranac Lake Animal Shelter. I have house sat /walked several dogs such as Australian shepherds, Labs, Bernie’s and Doodles in the past. If you have any additional questions please feel free to reach out to me! Until I start my position at Albany Medical Center (10/15/2026), I have no obligations besides providing optimal care for the dogs under my supervision. Specifically, I am free on both weekdays and weekends and I’m flexible to work around schedules. I have a three-story townhouse apartment. There is fenced in dog parks within the complex for easy bathroom visits as well as prolonged paved trails right next to my apartment that go into the woods for longer walks in the evening around lunchtime and in the morning. Dog Gates secure the dog within our second floor, preventing entry to third floor bedrooms and first floor mudroom. Dogs will have eyes on them at all times when not with owner.
“My cat (Molly) is very shy and usually the cat sitters never see her at all. Molly loved Elizabeth and let her pet her! She is a wonderful cat sitter and I would use her again.”

“Amby is absolutely amazing! She exceeded every expectation we had and cared for our feline fur kiddos with genuine love and professionalism. Our fur kiddos have extensive needs—medications, special feeding routines, and a fair bit of sanitation work—and Amby handled it all with ease and care. She kept us updated with photos during every visit, which brought so much peace of mind while we were away. Our fur kiddos were well-loved and looked after. We are so grateful to have found her and would recommend her to anyone looking for a dependable, compassionate, and thorough pet sitter!”

“Jessica was fantastic with my cat! I arrived home after having to travel for work to a healthy and happy cat and an apartment that was just the way I had left it. Jessica provided a clear summary of each visit and was overall a great catsitter! Will book again.”

About: I have taken care of dogs since I was a child. I currently have a cat, Leo and an Italian Greyhound/Chihuahua mix, Stella. I treat my animals like children, because they are my babies! I have a soft spot for animals and I will treat your pets the way I would want someone to treat mine while I am away. I work from home primarily, so I can watch your pet in my home and take your dog for frequent walks throughout the day. I am also available at nights and on the weekends for drop-in visits. A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
