At the meet and greet, both dogs warmed up to her way faster than they do with most people. Sarah went over Charlie's medicine and feeding routine carefully, asking questions to be sure she understood. She offered to bring her own sheets, which saved me some trouble. She communicated clearly and sent several updates and photos. She left the apartment exactly as she found it.”
