“Ju-lie is an amazing pet sitter. I am very particular about who watches my dog. I had no worries leaving her in Ju-lie’s care. She was very attentive to my instructions for caring for her. She sent me pictures of her and let me know how things were going. She left my apartment clean, and exactly how I left it. I look forward to having Ju-lie watch Miah again for me! I highly recommend her as a pet sitter.”

“Mary-Kate was the best! Our pups were so comfortable with her it was like she had been hanging with her for ever. Thank you Mary-Kate for talking g such great care of our kids while we were gone ❤️”

“Alyssa dog sat for us while we went away for a long weekend! We just adopted our puppy a few weeks ago so we were nervous to leave her so soon, but Alyssa took amazing care of her. She sent frequent photo updates and was super responsive. She really eased our minds and clearly has a way with animals, we will definitely be using her again in the future!”

“I highly recommend Maria. She is trustworthy, responsive and reliable. She contacted me when Molly was shaking due to fireworks in our neighborhood to make sure this is typical. 8 forgot to warn her and was very happy she reached out to me. Molly had a wonderful time with her and was not as excited to see me as I expected. (because she was content with Maria). This was my first time with a house sitter and I was so pleased to return home with my house as clean as I left it. I will be using her again.”

“Amanda was great! She was punctual, communicative, and took great care of our pup while we were on vacation. I would recommend her to anyone wanting peace of mind while away.”

“Madeline was so great! She made sure Oliver was well taken care of and kept me updated throughout my entire trip. I came back to a clean house and everything in order. I would definitely recommend her!”
“My dogs absolutely loved Alexa! She did a great job with them even though they can be difficult to walk. She took great care of my house and sent pictures throughout the visit. We’ve already booked her again!”

About: I am currently attending Long Island University College of Veterinary Medicine to become a veterinarian! I have experience in pet sitting as well as hospital settings including boarding and being a veterinary assistant. I have provided care for a variety of animals from dogs and cats to goats and chickens! I have experience with all kinds of breeds and different personality types like skittish or reactive pets. I grew up rescuing and fostering animals so my animal experience has been my whole life. Professionally I’ve worked with animals for 6 years. While I am currently in school my schedule is limited to weekend availability. I may be able to do week night care like drop in feedings or walks. I am very respectful of others homes and understand I am providing professional yet caring services for their animals! I treat every pet I work with as my own! I want to make sure everyone including the pet is comfortable!
“Kasey has been more than amazing with my three dogs. She visited them during our trip and they loved the company and all the play and cuddles ? she is extremely patient, she understands their language and do everything to make them feel comfortable while we were out. She is the best!!!”

“Haley was a lovely sitter and house guest. She was on time, sent lots of updates and photos of Raven. Raven also has some very specific needs that Haley was able to accommodate. Haley was also very thoughtful with the space and even started the dishwasher and put her sheets/towels in the laundry machine. I would definitely book Haley again.”

About: Growing up, I often pet sit and house sit for friends and family, and since then, I’ve worked full time with dogs for over a year at a training and daycare facility. I have extensive experience with all sizes, temperaments, and breeds of cats and dogs. Whether it be a feral ex street cat, a pampered house cat, a fearful pup with a bite record, or an enthusiastic family dog, there’s no pet i won’t treat with the same respect and love as I do my own. I currently work part time and will be a full time student in the fall. I’m available at most times of day although that can vary. I can also be available as early or as late as needed. My goal is always to make pet care the least stressful and most fulfilling I can for both the animal and myself. I have a lot of experience with all sorts of pets so I can easily tailor your pets experience based on their personality and needs.

“Wonderful 1st time Rover experience. Evelyn did a fantastic job with my pup. Walked her 2miles, took her to a dog park and was attentive to her. Evelyn took us on very short notice, was on time and professional. Will be booking again and recommending Evelyn.”

“Jillian was a new sitter for us…but we sure are glad that we found her! Our dogs were very well taken care of and happy when we returned home. The house looked great, too. We will be sure to hire Jillian again! Thank you so much Jillian!”

“I couldn’t recommend Net (Stephanie B) anymore! We went away for a few days for thanksgiving and left her with our 2 dogs, 3 cats, lizard, and chickens and she was absolutely fantastic. She followed our feeding walking directions perfectly and had excellent communication. Our house was left nicer than we left it and our pups were clearly happy and well taken care of. She even made sure to give them a walk before we got home so we could unpack and relax. Don’t hesitate, book Net!”

About: I have been sitting for years and currently have two dogs of my own. Our older dog had ear cancer so I am familiar with how to care for sick dogs and how to give medicine and the treatments of such nature. I currently work during the work week so I am free most nights during the week week do stop ins and then have much more open availability on the weekends! I am very attentive to the needs set out by the parents and make sure I am following instructions! I love taking the pets and walks as it’s good for both me and them! I would love to play and also can be down for a good cuddle as well.

Elnora pet parents share their Rover experiences
This was our first time using an in home pet sitter! We (and our dogs) knew Jenna from our veterinary practice and while our latest rescue has special needs (super high fear-anxiety), we were hesitant to take a vacation. Jenna took away our hesitations staring with the in home meet and greet. Peach quickly became friends with Jenna! Communication was top notch! We received pictures and messages daily. Our flight was cancelled due to weather and we were gone an extra couple of days which was no problem! Jenna is trustworthy, neat and clean. We will welcome her back again and again! Thank you for loving our babies as much as we do!!
