About: I have been pet sitting since I was 10 years old and babysitting since I was 13 years old. I have had pets my whole life and have gained the nickname Dr. Doolittle because of how good I am with all types of animals! I have always been a natural at caretaking for animals and kids. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Nadia! She watched my dog, Sammy, and my cat, Gizmo, while I was away, and I felt completely at ease knowing they were in such good hands. Mary took such good care of our gang of quadrupeds. We booked last minute but she was still able to schedule a meet & greet with the crew prior to caring for them. One of our dogs (ok, 2) struggles with new people, but Mary was patient and took her on a little trust walk to get acclimated, which meant a lot to us. Fantastic as always. Patricia is a great care taker and even takes weather factors into account for the best interest of my little guy. Still took him for a short walk but watched him to make sure he wasn't out too long in the super cold temps. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
