About: I have always had dogs and cats as a part of my family and I also spent a lot of time cat sitting for friends and family. My family fostered puppies and dogs for several years through a local organization! I am in school studying animal behavior and have done an internship at a cat shelter giving enrichment and behavior training to the particularly shy cats. I work part time, only 3-5 hours a day at a shop a few minutes from my house. Other than work and quick errands from time to time I’m home full time otherwise! I have a huge backyard that is not fenced in, however your pet would have full on leash supervised access to the yard! I have an older cat who gets along very well with other animals.

About: I've had several dogs in my life, smaller and larger dogs. I had a cocker spaniel mix when I was a kid, a collie when my kids were young, and most recently a German shepherd. Each had their own personality and I have special memories of each one of them. I have taken care of older dogs and younger dogs. I can handle the energy of younger dogs and the needs of older ones. We have always seen our pets as members of the family and I hope you will allow me to see your dog in the same way. I have friends that I have stayed at their house for a couple of weeks to spend time with their dog while they were on vacation. We went for walks twice a day and had a lot of time playing together. I work remotely in my job so I am happy to work from wherever is needed to take care of your pet. My schedule is flexible and I will work hard to accommodate the schedule of you pet. If you just need someone to come to walk your dog or just spend time with your cat, I have the flexibility in my day to do that. My first goal is to make your dog or cat comfortable with my visit. If I'm staying in your home, I will follow the routine you have set to do just that.

About: When I was in middle school, my science teacher went to the Philippines for the whole summer. I took care of her mices, dogs, guinea pigs and more. Growing up in Iowa, I have been around many animals including dogs. Also I have had friends who traveled to Europe and they had to leave their poodles, black labs and many more and trusted their dogs in my care at their home for a month or two weeks if needed when I lived in Washington state before moving to Honeoye Falls. When I dog sat, I made sure I gave medicine as instructed to the dogs as needed. I played with them, took them hiking, the beach, cuddled on the couch and learned about what they liked and don’t like and what makes them happy. I made sure that their owners were happy as well. When I was asked to come and dog sit again, the dogs would be waiting at the window waiting for my arrival. These dogs were sure happy to see me when I came back to dog sit them! I have plenty of time to play with your pups 🐶I would be available for boarding on the weekends and week days after 4pm. I would be happy to give lots of love and attention/play to your fur babies! I have a fenced yard and have two fur babies who love to socialize. I also love to spoil your dogs too! I work from home twice a week and can pet sit on the weekends as well! As for dog sitting in the client’s home I would treat your place with respect, love and care. Anything you need I will make sure that your pets receive it. I will also communicate and send pictures!

About: Animals need human contact and love. exercise is important and keeps a dog healthy. I have had rescue cats most of my life and recently have taken care of my daughter's dog when out of town I am retired now and have available time. I am up by 6:00 AM every morning I love to walk and it is part of my daily routine. I have a cat and keep her on a healthy schedule and annual vet appt. With a dog, I follow the instructions of the owner. They may be on medication, eat certain types of food etc.

About: I have always had dogs since I was about 3 years old. No matter the size or breed, I love caring for 4-legged friends! I currently have 3 dogs, Phoebe, an adult pit mix, Petunia, a young shepherd mix, and Phillip, a Great Pyr/Great Dane mix…all adopted from Austin Pets Alive!. I have specific experience volunteering (walking dogs, cleaning, etc.) at a humane society where the majority of adoptable dogs were larger and of the American Staffordshire Terrier breed. I have also regularly watched my friends' dogs when they have gone on vacations. I believe positive reinforcement goes a long way, particularly with food motivated pooches. I’m available most days and times without issue! I do request as much advance notice as you can provide but am open to same day bookings when my schedule allows. I have a fully fenced yard to provide a secure space if they are coming to my home. I am very comfortable taking them on neighborhood walks if they are comfortable. I only use non-retractable leashes and positive reinforcement (treats and affirmations) to engage with your dog. I’ve taken dog CPR training as well.

About: Growing up, I had 4 dogs and a cat, seperated between households. More recently, I've been much more cat oriented since my partner is a lover of cats. I try to stay up to date on training research, and I'm big on communication! Your pet is your family member, and I want to know how to treat them best! About: I have had a lot of experience with dogs throughout my life. I have always had dogs so I know how to take care of them and I have also helped my family members take care of young puppies. I have had experience with many different types of dogs as well and I feel comfortable with new dogs. I am currently a full time student who's classes are all online so I am available at many different times. I am looking to have a flexible schedule as I still do have school work to manage. About: I grew up with a dog, I love ALL types of animals all shapes and sizes. During my time in the navy I was using rover as a way to be around other peoples pets and help out. Now that I finally have a house I have my rescue dog and we’re happy together. He’s looking for some weekend friends ! I work mon-Thur about 9 hour days I am off every other Friday and weekends. My pet gets let out in the morning and at least twice in the evening I make sure he poops 2x a day. I have a fenced in yard and 2 spot lights if the dogs are being let out at night. I live in a neighborhood not near a main road.

About: I’ve been caring for cats and dogs for friends and family for over 10 years, and I absolutely love giving pets unforgettable experiences while you’re away. I’ll treat your pet like they’re my own, ensuring they feel loved and well cared for. I am very active and love taking walks with all dogs. After losing my own dog years ago, pet sitting has become a meaningful way to fill that void and share the love I have for animals. I’m currently working full-time in a school from 8-3pm. About: I enjoyed taking care of other pets, I can’t have my own pet as I travel once a month I take care of my daughters 4 cats and 2 dogs often, and my friends 2 deaf dogs quite often I work at RIT, prefer to take care of pets near RIT , off Bailey Rd/Lehigh/East River area All my life, I always have dog and/or cat until 4 years ago. I also take them to backyard, to let them run! I do play with them. I like to make them feel at home while they are here I have no pets, have full fence! If i take your dog out, i will use leach to take them for walk. I like to make your dog feel safe and comfortable!

About: I have been taking care of dogs since I was 12. I looked after neighborhood dogs when the family would be out of town. I walk them, feed them, play with them, and have had dogs stay with me at my home. I take care of my own dog and we are very active. Being active is part of my dog’s breed and is something I could provide for animals that are at home while owners are at work or out of town. I live in a townhome with one dog that will keep your pet busy! Sage loves to play, run, and swim. As far as going to other homes I have stayed in the home for a couple hours playing with the animals. Either one works for me. When we do have another dog stay with us, we constantly stay active and also have time for rest. Dog parks, hikes, walking on the beach, are some examples of activities that I have done with other dogs.
