About: When I was in middle school, my science teacher went to the Philippines for the whole summer. I took care of her mices, dogs, guinea pigs and more. Growing up in Iowa, I have been around many animals including dogs. Also I have had friends who traveled to Europe and they had to leave their poodles, black labs and many more and trusted their dogs in my care at their home for a month or two weeks if needed when I lived in Washington state before moving to Honeoye Falls. When I dog sat, I made sure I gave medicine as instructed to the dogs as needed. I played with them, took them hiking, the beach, cuddled on the couch and learned about what they liked and don’t like and what makes them happy. I made sure that their owners were happy as well. When I was asked to come and dog sit again, the dogs would be waiting at the window waiting for my arrival. These dogs were sure happy to see me when I came back to dog sit them! I have plenty of time to play with your pups 🐶I would be available for boarding on the weekends and week days after 4pm. I would be happy to give lots of love and attention/play to your fur babies! I have a fenced yard and have two fur babies who love to socialize. I also love to spoil your dogs too! I work from home twice a week and can pet sit on the weekends as well! As for dog sitting in the client’s home I would treat your place with respect, love and care. Anything you need I will make sure that your pets receive it. I will also communicate and send pictures!

About: I've had several dogs in my life, smaller and larger dogs. I had a cocker spaniel mix when I was a kid, a collie when my kids were young, and most recently a German shepherd. Each had their own personality and I have special memories of each one of them. I have taken care of older dogs and younger dogs. I can handle the energy of younger dogs and the needs of older ones. We have always seen our pets as members of the family and I hope you will allow me to see your dog in the same way. I have friends that I have stayed at their house for a couple of weeks to spend time with their dog while they were on vacation. We went for walks twice a day and had a lot of time playing together. I work remotely in my job so I am happy to work from wherever is needed to take care of your pet. My schedule is flexible and I will work hard to accommodate the schedule of you pet. If you just need someone to come to walk your dog or just spend time with your cat, I have the flexibility in my day to do that. My first goal is to make your dog or cat comfortable with my visit. If I'm staying in your home, I will follow the routine you have set to do just that.

About: Animals need human contact and love. exercise is important and keeps a dog healthy. I have had rescue cats most of my life and recently have taken care of my daughter's dog when out of town I am retired now and have available time. I am up by 6:00 AM every morning I love to walk and it is part of my daily routine. I have a cat and keep her on a healthy schedule and annual vet appt. With a dog, I follow the instructions of the owner. They may be on medication, eat certain types of food etc.

About: I had a cat for 20 years and cage aninals when i was young. I have owned a dog with anxiety so patience was key. He needed Medication for that and his hips. I own two cats and a hedgehog. My cats come to a whistle, know how to sit and lay down, go to their blanket where ever it is. My older cat is great in the car and the younger cat I am currently training. I cut their nails and bathe them myself. Both are leash trained. I handle my hedgehog daily so that he is well socialized. My cats never bothered the rats or the hedgehog when let out of the cages. They would sleep woth the dog when no one was home. I work 12 hour over night shifts for my regular job. I am looking for day time and, when off night time or overnight opertunities to fit my shifting schedule. I work in Macedon and live in West Henrietta so I am flexible with locations. I am a quiet private person. I have two cats and a hedgehog. I previously owned rats, a dog, leopard gecko, and other caged animals Cages, boxes, bowls and, other cage items are cleaned daily as well as deep cleaning every 4 to 5 days or as needed. I enjoyed taking the dog as well as my cat for a walk! I have patience with animals with anxiety. I walk or handle pets that friends have such as snakes and birds.

Additionally, I have also raised two dogs for Guiding Eyes for the Blind. We had to say goodbye to our beloved, old shitzu this past year. About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life and have always loved caring for animals. I’ve raised puppies and kittens of my own all the way until they were old and frail. I also currently have a 2.5 year old Golden Retriever, so I’m very comfortable with the energy, routines, and attention that pets need. Over the years, I’ve also cared for friends’ pets while they’ve been out of town, and I pet sat as a side gig during college. These experiences have given me plenty of practice caring for different personalities, following individual routines, and making sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals and would treat your pets like my own! And I’m obsessed with my high maintenance dog. I’m a nurse and work four days a week, which means I have weekends and one weekday off each week. My weekday off varies, but I typically know my schedule about 8 weeks in advance. I’m pretty flexible on my days off, so I’m generally very open when it comes to scheduling pet care. I’m happy to work around your pet’s routine and your needs! I always want pets to feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while their owners are away. I’m happy to follow their normal routines, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, medications, and any other specific instructions you provide. I’ll also make sure they get plenty of attention and affection so they feel as comfortable as possible in their own home. Since I have dogs of my own, I understand how important it is to have someone you trust caring for your pets. I’ll treat your home and your pets with the same care and respect I would want for my own. I’m also always happy to give thorough updates as well!

About: I’m a dedicated dog owner to my Miniature Poodle, Milo, so I understand the daily care, attention, and love dogs need. I have hands-on experience with feeding, walking, playtime, grooming basics, and keeping a consistent routine. I’m patient, gentle, and make sure every dog feels safe and comfortable. I pay close attention to each dog’s behavior and needs, and I’m very reliable with schedules and instructions. Whether your dog is energetic or prefers a calm environment, I’ll make sure they are well cared for like my own. I am available daily. I feed my dog in the morning and at night. I’ll have to ensure that no dogs fights over foods. I’ll have to put one of the dog in bathroom and another dog can eat in a room until foods are done. They can be switched. I have a yard and I can put them in crate if needed. I’ll make sure everything goes well and safe. I ensure that pets have a safe, clean space to play, rest, and eat. I follow any specific instructions from the pet parent, including feeding schedules, medication, and exercise needs. I supervise pets closely, making sure they’re never left in unsafe situations, and I provide plenty of love, attention, and mental stimulation.

About: I have always had dogs since I was about 3 years old. No matter the size or breed, I love caring for 4-legged friends! I currently have 3 dogs, Phoebe, an adult pit mix, Petunia, a young shepherd mix, and Phillip, a Great Pyr/Great Dane mix…all adopted from Austin Pets Alive!. I have specific experience volunteering (walking dogs, cleaning, etc.) at a humane society where the majority of adoptable dogs were larger and of the American Staffordshire Terrier breed. I have also regularly watched my friends' dogs when they have gone on vacations. I believe positive reinforcement goes a long way, particularly with food motivated pooches. I’m available most days and times without issue! I do request as much advance notice as you can provide but am open to same day bookings when my schedule allows. I have a fully fenced yard to provide a secure space if they are coming to my home. I am very comfortable taking them on neighborhood walks if they are comfortable. I only use non-retractable leashes and positive reinforcement (treats and affirmations) to engage with your dog. I’ve taken dog CPR training as well.

About: I have been working as a Veterinary Assistant for the past two years, where I have gained hands-on experience caring for and handling animals of all sizes, ages, and personalities. I am comfortable recognizing changes in behavior, following detailed care instructions, administering medications, and caring for pets with special needs. My experience in veterinary medicine has taught me how important it is to be patient, attentive, and calm with every animal. Most importantly, I genuinely love animals and will treat your pets with the same care and attention I would give my own! I am a full-time college student athlete, so pet care fits around my class and practice schedules. My schedule still gives me plenty of flexibility throughout the day, and I am happy to coordinate with owners to make sure their pets receive consistent care and attention. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. With two years of experience working as a Veterinary Assistant, I am comfortable handling pets with different personalities, needs, and routines. I carefully follow all owner instructions regarding feeding, medications, walks, and other care, and I always make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved while in my care.

About: I’ve been around and caring for dogs since I was a kid. I’ve always had a big heart for dogs and love showing them care and attention. As I’ve gotten older, my love for dogs has only grown. About: I have taken care of both dogs and cats for years. I am also a Licensed Practical Nurse (for humans)! I have cared for neighbors, friends, friends-of-friends’ pets and am very trustworthy and caring. For most days, I’ll be home all day. I am pet-sitting and occasional babysitting at the moment so I will be there for your pet! I feed, walk, play, cuddle and give lots of love to all the fur babies and will do whatever else is requested (light housekeeping, vet appointments, etc.)

I have a spacious home with a large, mostly fenced-in backyard where dogs can safely get outside and play. I always follow the owner’s instructions and keep pets’ routines, comfort, and safety a priority. I also have two friendly 20-pound Beagles who enjoy gentle play and would provide company for dogs who are comfortable around other dogs.
