About: I’m a dedicated dog owner to my Miniature Poodle, Milo, so I understand the daily care, attention, and love dogs need. I have hands-on experience with feeding, walking, playtime, grooming basics, and keeping a consistent routine. I’m patient, gentle, and make sure every dog feels safe and comfortable. I pay close attention to each dog’s behavior and needs, and I’m very reliable with schedules and instructions. Whether your dog is energetic or prefers a calm environment, I’ll make sure they are well cared for like my own. I am available daily. I feed my dog in the morning and at night. I’ll have to ensure that no dogs fights over foods. I’ll have to put one of the dog in bathroom and another dog can eat in a room until foods are done. They can be switched. I have a yard and I can put them in crate if needed. I’ll make sure everything goes well and safe. I ensure that pets have a safe, clean space to play, rest, and eat. I follow any specific instructions from the pet parent, including feeding schedules, medication, and exercise needs. I supervise pets closely, making sure they’re never left in unsafe situations, and I provide plenty of love, attention, and mental stimulation.

About: I have been working as a Veterinary Assistant for the past two years, where I have gained hands-on experience caring for and handling animals of all sizes, ages, and personalities. I am comfortable recognizing changes in behavior, following detailed care instructions, administering medications, and caring for pets with special needs. About: I had a cat for 20 years and cage aninals when i was young. I have owned a dog with anxiety so patience was key. He needed Medication for that and his hips. I own two cats and a hedgehog. My cats come to a whistle, know how to sit and lay down, go to their blanket where ever it is. My older cat is great in the car and the younger cat I am currently training. I cut their nails and bathe them myself. Both are leash trained. I handle my hedgehog daily so that he is well socialized. My cats never bothered the rats or the hedgehog when let out of the cages. They would sleep woth the dog when no one was home. I work 12 hour over night shifts for my regular job. I am looking for day time and, when off night time or overnight opertunities to fit my shifting schedule. I work in Macedon and live in West Henrietta so I am flexible with locations. I am a quiet private person. I have two cats and a hedgehog. I previously owned rats, a dog, leopard gecko, and other caged animals Cages, boxes, bowls and, other cage items are cleaned daily as well as deep cleaning every 4 to 5 days or as needed. I enjoyed taking the dog as well as my cat for a walk! I have patience with animals with anxiety. I walk or handle pets that friends have such as snakes and birds.

About: Hi there! My name has since changed to *Romeo* as I am queer :) Ive had experience with all sorts of animals since I was a young! My heart however has always lied with dogs. Ive lived with, trained, and taken care of dogs from age 15. Professionally, I am currently a counselor at Camp Bow Wow! I’ve been working there for over a year now, learning and applying a wide range of skills. In this role I’ve learned some key skills on how to ensure companions are safe and happy: 1. Body language: I observe everything from your dog’s head to tail to minimize reactivity due to human- animal misunderstandings 2. Health indicators: although I’m not a vet, I was trained to recognize irregular symptoms a dog may be displaying such as stool texture and consistency, body temperature, excessive panting and drooling, gum color, etc. Anything your dog may be struggling with from itchy skin to something greater, I’ll notify you right away! 3. Communication: parents love hearing about their babies and seeing them happy and comfortable! By regular communication, this allows me to get clear instructions to follow, assess any changes needed in care or routine, and stay up to date in case of any rapid changes or emergencies. In addition, what sets me apart is my artistic attention to detail, which allows me to adapt to your dogs needs in a creative way. I like to challenge myself by finding ways to stimulate and enrich your dog while you are away! I’m very relaxed, quiet, and easygoing, but also spontaneous and go-with-the-flow should your dog get the zoomies! About: I have taken care of dogs since I was 10 years old. I was responsible for walking the family dog when I was younger, volunteered at a shelter walking dogs every Saturday morning for 5 years, and have owned a dog myself for the last 20 years. My current dog, Bruce, and I are a registered therapy dog team, which required a lot of training and building of trust between us. He's a border collie (though he's slowed down in his old age) that needs his daily walks and play time. I understand how stressful it can be to leave your pets with someone. You need to be able to trust them and I promise to take care of your dog with as much love and care as I take care of my own. I have 4 cats, so you pup MUST be good with cats. I work from home everyday so I am able to take care of potty breaks as needed and provide attention and playtime throughout the day. Building trust with an animal is etremely important. I am careful to keep an eye on body language so that I know when an animal wants more or less attention, needs to go for a walk, or needs to play. My own dog has been trained to walk on a loose leash by my side and does not pull. I've had plenty of experience walking shelter dogs who had no training though, so I can handle quite a bit. I regularly interact with my cats depending upon what type of interaction they want. I have two cats who love to play with toys on strings, and two other cats who prefer to be showered with pets. I am a believer that if you pay attention the animal will let you know what it's boundaries are.

About: I work at an animal shelter and have been handling animals from mice to Great Danes for the past 3 years. I have an in depth understanding of both cat and dog body language, and regularly work with animals that have handling sensitivity, resource guarding, behavioral troubles and health concerns. I help out in our in-shelter Vet Clinic, distributing both pill & liquid oral medications, vaccines/SubQ fluids, and administering topical treatments for skin, eye, and ear ailments. I am Fear-Free certified, which is a training that focuses on positive reinforcement to help eliminate fear and stress in pets. I regularly dog sit for neighbors and friends, cat sit for my sister, and have cared for dogs and small animals in my personal life, including guinea pigs, rats, fish, frogs, birds and lizards. At our shelter, for both dogs and cats- I feed them, clean their kennels, monitor behavior and health concerns, help with training, and administer medications. For dogs specifically, I take them for outside for walks/play pen time & their regular potty breaks, and oversee dog to dog interactions/play dates. I am an undergraduate student ant SUNY Brockport studying Dance and Rover is perfect for my schedule as it allows me to pursue my education while working on my own terms and being my own boss. I am probably more energetic than your pup! I have owned dogs at all stages of life from little puppies to older dogs. I am physically active and will even run / jog with your pup! I rarely am home when boarding, i prefer to spend the day going to a dog park if I have a full house! I will go for walks, runs, and jogs with dogs who i walk, do drop in visits and sit for. I will locate the nearest park if possible or find the safest adventuring route within the neighborhood! For boarding, I am currently not available! I am happy to be available for drop in visits with your pets or house sitting for if you need to leave town! I am available for Dog and Cat caregiving Thursday through Sunday currently.
