About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life and have always loved caring for animals. I’ve raised puppies and kittens of my own all the way until they were old and frail. I also currently have a 2.5 year old Golden Retriever, so I’m very comfortable with the energy, routines, and attention that pets need. Over the years, I’ve also cared for friends’ pets while they’ve been out of town, and I pet sat as a side gig during college. These experiences have given me plenty of practice caring for different personalities, following individual routines, and making sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals and would treat your pets like my own! And I’m obsessed with my high maintenance dog. I’m a nurse and work four days a week, which means I have weekends and one weekday off each week. My weekday off varies, but I typically know my schedule about 8 weeks in advance. I’m pretty flexible on my days off, so I’m generally very open when it comes to scheduling pet care. I’m happy to work around your pet’s routine and your needs! I always want pets to feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while their owners are away. I’m happy to follow their normal routines, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, medications, and any other specific instructions you provide. I’ll also make sure they get plenty of attention and affection so they feel as comfortable as possible in their own home. Since I have dogs of my own, I understand how important it is to have someone you trust caring for your pets. I’ll treat your home and your pets with the same care and respect I would want for my own. I’m also always happy to give thorough updates as well!

About: I had a cat for 20 years and cage aninals when i was young. I have owned a dog with anxiety so patience was key. He needed Medication for that and his hips. I own two cats and a hedgehog. My cats come to a whistle, know how to sit and lay down, go to their blanket where ever it is. My older cat is great in the car and the younger cat I am currently training. I cut their nails and bathe them myself. Both are leash trained. I handle my hedgehog daily so that he is well socialized. My cats never bothered the rats or the hedgehog when let out of the cages. They would sleep woth the dog when no one was home. I work 12 hour over night shifts for my regular job. I am looking for day time and, when off night time or overnight opertunities to fit my shifting schedule. I work in Macedon and live in West Henrietta so I am flexible with locations. I am a quiet private person. I have two cats and a hedgehog. I previously owned rats, a dog, leopard gecko, and other caged animals Cages, boxes, bowls and, other cage items are cleaned daily as well as deep cleaning every 4 to 5 days or as needed. I enjoyed taking the dog as well as my cat for a walk! I have patience with animals with anxiety. I walk or handle pets that friends have such as snakes and birds.

About: What sets me apart is how much I genuinely love dogs — I don’t just care for them, I connect with them. I take time to understand each pup’s personality, routines, and quirks so they feel safe, comfortable, and loved just like they would at home. You can always count on me to show up, communicate clearly, and treat your dog with the same care and consistency I give my own. I pay attention to every detail — from feeding schedules to favorite toys — so you can truly relax knowing your dog is in great hands. I have had dogs my whole life! When I was 5 we rescued a greyhound and when she passed we got into fostering other grey hounds. When we found ourselves dog-less again, we discovered our little 9lb furry baby Paige from Lollypop farm — we still have her and she just had her 16th birthday. Since Paige we also adopted a Chi-weenie and a Rat Terrier/Chihuahua mix. I pride myself on being dependable, responsive, and proactive. I send regular updates, photos, and notes so you never have to wonder how your dog is doing. Your peace of mind (and your pup’s happiness) are my top priorities. I primarily work in the office during the week, but I do have the option to work from home — so if your pup needs a little extra time and attention, I can absolutely make that happen! I’ll never let a dog go more than 6–8 hours without care, but if your pup is used to more frequent potty breaks, I’ll make that a priority. I’m also primarily home on the weekends (I actually prefer to have no weekend plans!), which means I’ll have plenty of time to hang out with your bestie all day. 🐾 I’m pretty flexible and happy to adjust my schedule to fit your dog’s routine. Just communicate your expectations, and I’m confident we can work out a plan that keeps your pup happy, comfortable, and cared for. I live in a spacious 1,500 sq ft apartment — plenty of room for your pup to explore, play, and relax! While I don’t have a fenced yard, I make sure every dog gets plenty of outdoor time with frequent walks and potty breaks throughout the day. I don’t currently have any dogs of my own so your pup will have my full attention and the space all to themselves. However, if your dog enjoys the company of other pups, I’d be happy to introduce them to my mom’s 12lb rat terrier/chihuahua/dachshund mix — he’s a friendly little social butterfly who loves making new friends! I don’t currently own a crate, but I’m more than happy to get one if that helps your dog feel more comfortable. I have an abundance of toys for playtime and a ginormous couch perfect for snuggles, naps, and quality cuddle time with my furry guests. Your dog’s safety, comfort, and happiness are always my top priorities, and I treat every pup like my own while they’re here. ❤️

About: I work at an animal shelter and have been handling animals from mice to Great Danes for the past 3 years. I have an in depth understanding of both cat and dog body language, and regularly work with animals that have handling sensitivity, resource guarding, behavioral troubles and health concerns. I help out in our in-shelter Vet Clinic, distributing both pill & liquid oral medications, vaccines/SubQ fluids, and administering topical treatments for skin, eye, and ear ailments. I am Fear-Free certified, which is a training that focuses on positive reinforcement to help eliminate fear and stress in pets. I regularly dog sit for neighbors and friends, cat sit for my sister, and have cared for dogs and small animals in my personal life, including guinea pigs, rats, fish, frogs, birds and lizards. At our shelter, for both dogs and cats- I feed them, clean their kennels, monitor behavior and health concerns, help with training, and administer medications. For dogs specifically, I take them for outside for walks/play pen time & their regular potty breaks, and oversee dog to dog interactions/play dates. I am available for pet feedings, drop ins, letting out your dog out, or taking them for a walk. Whatever is needed for your pet, I will be able to offer :)

About: I’ve been dog sitting, house sitting, and walking dogs for almost 12 years, and I’ve always loved being around animals! I grew up in a family with three dogs, and we also fostered puppies every summer. Because of this, I’m very comfortable caring for dogs of all personalities and energy levels, and I’ve had plenty of experience understanding their individual needs and routines. I’m responsible, attentive, and always make sure pets feel comfortable and cared for. I love giving dogs plenty of attention, exercise, and affection while their owners are away! I’m currently in nursing school, but I have plenty of availability to care for pets after school and on weekends! I’m usually done with classes by 1 PM at the latest and have most Mondays completely free. Wednesdays are my only more limited day, as I’m at a hospital from 6:30 AM–4:30 PM. On school days, I’m happy to let your dogs out before class and take them on a longer walk afterward so they can get some exercise. I’ll then have the rest of the day available for feeding, potty breaks, playtime, and anything else they need. On weekends, I have no school conflicts and can spend the entire day with your pups! When caring for pets in their home, I make sure to keep their routine as normal and comfortable as possible. I follow any instructions you leave for feeding, walks, medications, and potty breaks, while also giving them plenty of attention and companionship. About: I've taken care of dogs and cats (both pet-sitting and dog walking) since I was 8 years old (over 14 years of experience!) and still frequently care for the dogs and cats of friends and family. I grew up with a black Labrador and miss having her around (she passed away while I was in college). I currently have a labrador and pittie mix and she gets along very well with dogs of all sizes. I absolutely adore dogs and cats and would love to take care of yours! I have a variable schedule as a nurse practitioner but am home for the holidays so can board your pup with mine or drop by yours for walks or house sitting (so long as my pup can tag along too for longer stays!) My pup is a 4 year old lab mix who is very friendly with other dogs! I can do boarding at my place as long as your dog is good with other pups. I can definitely go on long walks or runs, as well as shorter ones to get your pup some exercise! I'm happy to do drop-in services as well.
