“I left my cat, Goose, for the weekend and Tatiana came to do drop in visits. I probably had the best experience I've ever had on Rover with her looking after Goose. Tatiana came exactly at the time I asked her to every single day and spent ample time with Goose. She provided me with such detailed notes after each visit....I tend to get pretty nervous leaving my cat but her detailed notes were AMAZING and let me know everything I could have wanted to, from his litter box habits, to what he wanted to play with, etc. She also provided tons of pictures of Goose playing and hanging out. About: I've raised two energetic puppies through adolescence and frequently provide dog-sitting services for friends in the area. I also have experience working as an enrichment specialist at a well-known doggy daycare in Rochester and volunteering as a foster for local rescues. I am experienced with anxious dogs and can adapt to your fur-baby's specific needs. I'm trained in basic human and canine CPR, and I'm skilled at recognizing early signs of reactive behavior in animals. While I'm not perfect, I'm highly attentive. Since I’m home most of the time, I’ll ensure your pet stays healthy, happy, and safe! We are an adventure duo -- you can catch us at the beach playing fetch in the water, hiking, or just taking long strolls along the canal! On days where the weather is rainy, we still get 3 walks a day (morning, noon, evening) with thorough wipe downs after! Meal times are interwoven with short training sessions. I have dedicated several rooms in my house to doggy activity areas -- agility equipment, floor mats, etc (see photos). Grooming is done very regularly. My pup has environmental allergies so we also do a water rinse daily when we return from our adventures. When your baby stays with me, they will receive the same treatment (if they are comfortable getting brushed). He is my entire life and I couldn’t be happier! I have included photos of my home (and the excessive amount of dog toys we own) in my profile. Several of the rooms in my house are dedicated to doggy activities/enrichment and I also have a fenced in yard. I have also made sure that my set up allows me to separate dogs from each other if they ever get over stimulated -- I have enough rooms where each dog can be in their own room. I also have a doggy door so most days when the weather is not atrocious the dogs can relieve themselves/play as they please. Also my sun room is dedicated to dog care so if need be I can gate off/separate pooches that get too worked up (or just need privacy eating). I do have two crates — one for super small dogs and the other for dogs up to 35 lbs. My dog is crate trained but prefers free range so I have dog beds in every single room. Dogs are welcome on furniture but please make sure they have been recently bathed (within a few days before) if you are boarding as we keep our home extremely clean (the carpets get washed every month and vacuum and swiffering are done daily). We are probably not a good fit if your dog does not get along with other dogs, because my dog is still young and very energetic. If your dog does not like to play but does not react aggressively to other dogs attempting to initiate play, Momo would be fine as he does eventually give up if the other dog does not engage him at all. When we schedule a meet and greet, you can expect to meet us outside the front yard for a couple block long walk together before going to the backyard to let the pooches sniff each other out. Since Momo is a chow-mix, he is protective by nature and does not like it if other fur-babies he does not know well try to jump on his mom so I will likely only greet your baby after I put him back in the house.

About: I love all dogs and have had dogs my whole life. I currently have a 4 year old yellow lab, who is great with other dogs. We have always had more than one dog in the house but we recently lost one to cancer, So caring for your pet would be a thrill to both me and my pet, I have recently retired form the school system and found that I have a lot of extra time that I could spend with your pet, playing and training basic commands. My husband and I live in an area where the dog would have a lot of room to run and play. He/she would be welcomed anywhere in our home with our dog as a companion to play with. About: In highschool I was very popular in my neighborhood from doing there dog nails, to dog sitting, over night stays, and even medications. Even back in high school I had a part time and school and still made sure the fur babies were taken care of. To this day I still dog sit for my neighbor. I also worked at a doggy daycare for about 6 months then i moved, I learned so much while I was there in that short period of time from learning to gain respect and how to control a group of 15+ dogs . And was in a animal science program in highschool with a mentorship at a clinic, then tried to go to college for my vet tech degree but too expensive(still paying that off). I also do have a very energetic German shepherd who I train every day she knows pretty much everything(sit, lay down, roll over,paw, other paw,high five, spin, heel, center, look, leave it, back up, and wait). I also dog sat for my boyfriend's coworker who had an older pointer who had a seziure not only did I comfort the dog but I called owner asap then vet, I then called off of work. Just because it's not my animal doesn't mean I will love them any less. But the take away from all that is I have a lot of experience in the animal department. I'm currently working part time and have a lot of free time on my hands and love being around animals . I only work wensday-saturday the other days I'm free. But as you can see with my profile I do have my own fur baby but my boyfriend never works nights or weekends so she won't be alone. For the pets at clients housing not only will I respond to you text asap even if I'm busy, I will also ask for guide lines and try to keep your dog on the schedule you have them on consistency is key, especially when a change like you leaving happens. I also am a big over thinker so before I let the dog out if you have a yard I will always make sure the gates are close and secure and make sure there's nothing laying out that would harm them. When I dog sit I imagine as if it's my own dog.
About: Animals need human contact and love. exercise is important and keeps a dog healthy. I have had rescue cats most of my life and recently have taken care of my daughter's dog when out of town I am retired now and have available time. I am up by 6:00 AM every morning I love to walk and it is part of my daily routine. I have a cat and keep her on a healthy schedule and annual vet appt. Now that I finally have a house I have my rescue dog and we’re happy together. He’s looking for some weekend friends ! I work mon-Thur about 9 hour days I am off every other Friday and weekends. About: I work at an animal shelter and have been handling animals from mice to Great Danes for the past 3 years. I have an in depth understanding of both cat and dog body language, and regularly work with animals that have handling sensitivity, resource guarding, behavioral troubles and health concerns. I help out in our in-shelter Vet Clinic, distributing both pill & liquid oral medications, vaccines/SubQ fluids, and administering topical treatments for skin, eye, and ear ailments. I am Fear-Free certified, which is a training that focuses on positive reinforcement to help eliminate fear and stress in pets. I regularly dog sit for neighbors and friends, cat sit for my sister, and have cared for dogs and small animals in my personal life, including guinea pigs, rats, fish, frogs, birds and lizards. At our shelter, for both dogs and cats- I feed them, clean their kennels, monitor behavior and health concerns, help with training, and administer medications. For dogs specifically, I take them for outside for walks/play pen time & their regular potty breaks, and oversee dog to dog interactions/play dates. I am available for pet feedings, drop ins, letting out your dog out, or taking them for a walk. Whatever is needed for your pet, I will be able to offer :)
About: I grew up on farms in the south, so I've been around animals my whole life. I moved to Rochester specifically because of how dog friendly it is. I think dogs deserve to be treated like family because they are our family! I work from home taking care of pets is my main job. If i could fill every hour of the week with animals, I would! I give every dog the time and attention they deserve. I have a fenced in back yard and a friendly dog of my own to keep yours company. I send pictures throughout the day to let you know how your pup is doing!
About: I have taken care of pets for my entire life! I also have experience in senior care, like administrating medications and other accommodations. I am currently in my undergrad for medical illustration and I am taking pre-vet classes. You won’t find someone as loving and caring to your pets as I am. I am currently on summer vacation, so I am super flexible and available to devote 100% of my attention to your pet for any length of time. I pay lots of attention to detail, and am great at following your directions. I have a roomy apartment, and live with two other animal lovers. Right outside my apartment is lots of yard space for walks and playtime! I will spend most of my time caring for your pet engaging with them and loving them!
