Nina truly went above and beyond for us. She took the time to arrange a meet-and-greet, which immediately put us at ease. Once we hired her, she made every effort to learn about our dog and his unique needs. Our pup struggles with high anxiety and takes time to warm up, but Nina was so patient and caring. She did everything possible to make him feel safe and comfortable. She kept us updated with plenty of photos and messages, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. We could tell Astro adored her too! We will absolutely be using Nina again.
Excellent and put me at ease. She was so sweet and kind to my pup. Very helpful and I felt very comfortable leaving him for the weekend. During our meet, My pup ran in the road and she quickly grabbed him. Very professional and accommodated my last minute reservation.
We had such a wonderful experience with Lori! She was very accommodating and even let us use her address for packages while we were traveling in our camper van. She took Teemo swimming and sent us regular picture updates throughout the day, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away on our cruise. Teemo and her sweet dog, Honey, had the best time together — I think Teemo already misses her! Highly recommend!
