“Our experience with Linda and Carl was excellent. Their house is kept neat and clean. They do take only one dog at a time, so that was perfect for us. They even made a trip to Walmart to buy extra diapers for our puppy since she has some accidents during the night. I would defenitely recommend them. Thank you Mrs. Linda and Mr. Carl.”

“Susie does a great job watching our dog Oliver and you can tell he feels at home at her house and with her and her family (both human and furry). We're so happy to have found someone who we can feel comfortable leaving our (often neurotic) dog for the weekend!”

“From the very first meet and great we felt so comfortable with Jillian. Such a warm, comfortable environment. She has such a soothing presence. Dakota took right to her. We got wonderful updates and pictures all weekend. Highly recommend and we will absolutely be back.”

“Very happy and satisfied with the care she gave my pet. I would recommend her to anyone whose is looking for a really good pet caregiver. I will use her services again in the near future.”

“We needed some boarding for our 2 golden-doodles for a couple of nights while we were visiting the Coca Beach/Cape Canaveral/Merritt Island area. Mia had availability and checked all the boxes for us...worked from home, fenced back yard, and 2 of her own pups for playtime with our own. Mia was very flexiable and provided a safe, loving environment for Cooper and Murphy! Thank you very much Mia! As well to ROVER.COM. My wife and I have used this service several times when we travel for vacations or short trips and have had great positive experiences! Highly recommend Mia and Rover.com”

“Ms. Gerri is a wonderful sitter for our dog, Lilly! She is 11 years old & Gerribtook special care of her. This is the 2nd time going to Gerri’s & Lilly literally ran up to her when she saw her! We are so grateful for her!”

“Jonathan and his wife were great with my pup! They were very responsive, and I got some picture updates throughout the stay. They were also able to give my dog his meds, which isn’t always easy. One of their dogs and my dog were not best friends, but Jonathan and his wife made sure all the dogs were safe and had play time. 😊”

“Priya is an amazing sitter and took excellent care of my Pug! She is kind and professional, and made sure Matias was comfortable right from the start. The communication was great and she kept me updated throughout the stay. Highly recommend bringing any pet to Priya and I look forward to seeing her again! Thanks!!”

“We were happy to find Jolene as it was nice to know that our dog would have some cat and dog company whilst we were away. As an older boy traditional dog boarding wears him out. He just wants to nap in peace with a like minded companion. Upon meeting Jolene I felt confident that Sampson would be comfortable and well looked after. We enjoyed the photo updates provided during our absence. I believe Sammy dog enjoyed his time. Thank you. Jolene. It was lovely to meet you.”

“Having Vikki to watch my dog while I travel to work has been a godsend. My dog never wants to leave when I pick him up because he enjoys playing with all the others (lots of toys and even a kiddy pool for the warmer days). She takes great care of him and even gave him a bath during his most recent stay. She sends lots of great pictures of the dogs having fun. If you have a smaller- or medium-sized pup and live in the area I can’t recommend Vikki enough. Very friendly, flexible and you can tell she really loves dogs. And her service is very reasonably priced. Five stars!”

“My puppy had a great time with this family! She got a fenced in backyard, another pup to play with, and lots of snuggles! They were super accommodating for drop off/pickup and located in a great spot. Will use them again and I recommend fully for others looking!”

“Thank you, as always! Our pups LOVE Lori and her family (especially Honey pup 🍯)! We know we don’t have to worry about anything when they are with her! The photo updates showing them playing and having fun are amazing. Thank you, again!”

“I was so happy to meet Sylvia. After visiting her home, I felt completely confident in leaving Paddy (7mos old) knowing he would be safe. She is full of LOVE for the fur-babies. She offers every amenity you can think of. Even going out to purchase a new harness when Paddy's broke. Paddy was very happy. I think he tried every bed and toy she provided. I will be a repeat costumer.”

“This was our first time using Rover and the first time that our little pup stayed with someone that wasn’t our daughter. We could not have asked for a better experience than what we had with Debbie. Thank you doesn’t adequately express our gratitude for the love and care that Debbie and her home provided. We will definitely use Debbie again and highly recommend her to other families. Thank you again Debbie!!!”

“This was our 2nd time leaving Kenny with Nancy and they were superb once again. In addition to daily photos and updates, quick communication, They even added a personalized touch with a gift and holiday photo card of our pup which was so sweet! Definitely our go-to for stress free care of our pet any time we’re back in town.”

“Carla is amazing! We received photos throughout our trip and even some homemade dog treats which Beanie LOVED. When we did our meet and greet, I saw Beanie felt very comfortable there and it gave us peace of mind to leave her. Even when we dropped Beanie off, she ran right inside! We will definitely use you again! Thank you so much for spoiling and taking care of Beanie! ☺️”

“We had an excellent experience leaving our dog with Katelynn for the weekend! It was obvious that she loves dogs and made Toby feel comfortable in her house. He is diabetic and Katelynn was amazing for keeping to his routine. It is such a relief when you find someone who is willing to care for a dog with extra medical needs. We would definitely book with her again!!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Cocoa
Susanna takes great care of our Golden Retriever, Stella. Susanna only takes on one client at a time which I appreciate since Stella wants to be part of a friendly pack, but the coming and going of strange dogs would be disruptive and anxiety-provoking. I appreciate Susanna’s willingness to hold the boundary of one visiting (or reconnoitering) dog at a time, which set my mind at ease.

Best first experience with Rover! Amanda was incredible with our girl Aurora and I could tell from the updates that she was having a fantastic time staying with Amanda and her sweet family. She was so well cared for and it put my heart at ease to know we could get away for a cruise and know Aurora was in good hands. I happily recommend Amanda for anyone looking for a fantastic dog sitter! We'd love to have her sit for us again on our next trip!

Priya is an amazing sitter and took excellent care of my Pug! She is kind and professional, and made sure Matias was comfortable right from the start. The communication was great and she kept me updated throughout the stay. Highly recommend bringing any pet to Priya and I look forward to seeing her again! Thanks!!

Many sitters in FL ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
