“Colleen is great with Stella. I appreciated her help most recently when our living room flooded and I needed to focus on remediation. The fact that she gives an option of sitter pick-up/drop-off benefited our family.”

“Lauren was amazing. Kept me updated with how my dog Danny was doing and sent pictures as well. Answered any questions I had. Very much recommend her. She was very friendly and my Danny had a great time with her. I will definitely be rebooking.”

“Dee was such a great host. She made sure Enzo was comfortable and happy. It was a little nerve wracking leaving him during a hurricane, but she calmed my fears and provided constant updates and videos. He loved playing with the other friends he made with at Dee’s house. We will definitely will be using Dee again!! Thank you ❤️”

“Timothy, Crystal and family have sat for our dog Camden for several out-of-town trips over the past two years and we simply cannot say enough about how awesome they've been! They take amazing care of our dog (he might have more fun there than with us 😂) We love that they send photos of our pup in action, or just lounging. They're wonderfull people and will take fantastic care of your four-legged friends!”

“As wonderful as ever! We get the cutest pics and videos and our pup always leaves happy 😊 I also sincerely appreciate all the updates and recap of the stay upon pickup.”

“Dallas & Isaiah were great with my dog! They were reliable, easy to communicate with, and took great care of him. I will definitely book with them again!”

“Shelley was great. She kept Gabby while we went on a cruise. She sent pics and/or videos daily. Gabby had a blast playing with her Oreo. I highly recommend her! She treated gabby like she was her own fur baby.”

“Jolene was great! Provided us with updates of Mack with photos which puts a pet owners mind at ease especially since we were gone for 10 days. She has other dogs so he got to play and became a part of their family for the time he was there. He may not want to come back because he doesn’t have furry friends to play with just us now. He also got to be on the couch so he was super spoiled. Highly recommend her and her family for your dog and we will definitely.be using her again.”

“We needed some boarding for our 2 golden-doodles for a couple of nights while we were visiting the Coca Beach/Cape Canaveral/Merritt Island area. Mia had availability and checked all the boxes for us...worked from home, fenced back yard, and 2 of her own pups for playtime with our own. Mia was very flexiable and provided a safe, loving environment for Cooper and Murphy! Thank you very much Mia! As well to ROVER.COM. My wife and I have used this service several times when we travel for vacations or short trips and have had great positive experiences! Highly recommend Mia and Rover.com”

“I would recommend Susie to anyone in need of care for your animals. She is very reliable, trustworthy, and takes such good care of our dogs when we are out of town! The pups love going to her house!”

“From the very first meet and great we felt so comfortable with Jillian. Such a warm, comfortable environment. She has such a soothing presence. Dakota took right to her. We got wonderful updates and pictures all weekend. Highly recommend and we will absolutely be back.”

“Debbie is amazing! She is very communicative and sent lots of pictures. You can tell she loves dogs and my pups had a blast with her. I highly recommend Debbie and will book with her again, as should you.”

“Anthony took care of our fur baby while we were on vacation for 11 days. He was communicative, kept us informed with messages and photos. The dog was well taken care of, and happy. Thank you Anthnoy.”

“My English Setter Chase was so well.looked after. He was happy and having so much fun that I am not sure he wanted to leave.!! Will definately go back again!”

“Jonathan and Ally were such a good fit for my Aussie/Heeler, Kovu. I felt good seeing they had watched other high energy dogs, and while Kovu is super sweet, she is very timid at first. She settled right in, and I knew she felt safe and at home when they shared that she slept in bed with them. They have a fenced in turf area, and a separate potty area and plenty of fresh water out for the pups. From the first message, they responded so quick to my booking. Less than an hour, they agreed to watch her. When my flight was delayed and I had to push her drop off a bit later than anticipated, they were accommodating and quick to message me back, same with pickup as well when I decided to come earlier than my anticipated time. If I was local, I would 100% use them again and so appreciated my baby girl feeling so welcomed and safe in their home.”

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
