“Ariana was great! She was very reliable and followed all of my requests. My pets have a pretty tight routine and she was able to keep it perfectly. She was also very in tune with my dog. She could tell that he didn’t want to walk too far from home and let him do his walk where he could still see our house! This is something I knew about him, but totally forgot to mention to her. She just picked right up on it. Will definitely use her again.”

About: I grew up on 6 acres of land caring for virtually every type of pet you could imagine for the first 15 years of my life. I currently have 3 dogs, 3 cats, a snake, and a bird and would love to help you and your fur babies in your time/s of need. I cannot do overnight housesitting at this time, but I can spend the days at your home if you need :) I currently stay home during the day with my sweet, gentle, animal-loving 1-year-old girl, and only work 3 days a week for a few hours. When I’m not home, my boyfriend is so we have all the time in the world to give your fur babies the time and attention they need and deserve! I am an above-and-beyond type of sitter, not just an ‘only what is in the job description’. I want to give the type of care that I would want my own fur babies to receive!

About: I’ve had dogs since I was a kid. I have been thinking about getting a home partner for while, but at the same time I kinda enjoy being the cool uncle. Frequently, I take care of friends dogs when they go to enjoy their vacation. Usually I walk them three to four times a day, play with them a lot and feed them the usual amount, so they feel like in their own vacation as I like to say. Can guarantee they leave really happy. I really feel I like I can take care of somebody else’s dogs the same way while at the same time I enjoy having a companion! My goal is to give you peace of mind and lots of love to your dog. 😄 I work 40 a week but I lived 15min away from work that allows me to come and go. Usually telework on Fridays. Can stay home on the weekends if necessary. Don’t have a yard but can take them for walks many times a day. I have two bedroom apt and one of them is empty that can be used. Plus I’ll allow them anywhere in the apartment.

I’ll also send you pictures of your dog during their stay.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
To find sitters in Merritt Island with recurring or weekly availability, select "Repeat Weekly" and which days you’d like them to care for your pet.
