“Was wonderful with our puppy and even helped us out last minute. Overall a great experience and sent us lots of pictures. Will definitely use again when in the Orlando area!”

“Melissa was just the best! She took such great care of Molly. Great pictures and updates too. Melissa was so helpful and kind. Molly is looking forward to her next play date with Melissa’s adorable pups!”

“Debbie did a wonderful job making my senior frenchie comfortable, happy and entertained for the afternoon while I went to visit the space center. I recieved photos throughout the afternoon showing my babies fun afternoon which helped make my adventures even more enjoyable, not worrying about her.”

“Gerri took great care of Remy. She was familiar with the particular needs of dachshunds and had no problem catering to Remy. She sent updates and pictures/videos everyday and was responsive to messages. I would recommend Gerri to anyone!”

“What a relief to be on vacation and know that our sweet girl was well cared for. Lori and host dog, Mocha, were so sweet to our Shiba. We received frequent updates and photos and were able to relax knowing she was in great hands. Looking forward to our next visit to Lori!”

“Jonathan took great care of our pups while we were vacationing. Supplying us with pictures and updates of their stay and comfort, which eased my mind that they were not stressed and were happy. Thank you Jonathan.”

“My puppy had a great time with this family! She got a fenced in backyard, another pup to play with, and lots of snuggles! They were super accommodating for drop off/pickup and located in a great spot. Will use them again and I recommend fully for others looking!”

“We were happy to find Jolene as it was nice to know that our dog would have some cat and dog company whilst we were away. As an older boy traditional dog boarding wears him out. He just wants to nap in peace with a like minded companion. Upon meeting Jolene I felt confident that Sampson would be comfortable and well looked after. We enjoyed the photo updates provided during our absence. I believe Sammy dog enjoyed his time. Thank you. Jolene. It was lovely to meet you.”

“From the very first meet and great we felt so comfortable with Jillian. Such a warm, comfortable environment. She has such a soothing presence. Dakota took right to her. We got wonderful updates and pictures all weekend. Highly recommend and we will absolutely be back.”

About: We’re both animal lovers. We have a 1 year old doodle that is super friendly and always eager to have other dogs to play with. We have pet proofed our house - all food items high above, no hazardous things laying around, etc. We have a descent sized yard. I work from home full time. My husband works from home 3 days a week. There’s always someone at home. We can accommodate food and potty break schedule. We have a 1 year old doodle that is super friendly and always eager to have other dogs to play with. “Very happy and satisfied with the care she gave my pet. I would recommend her to anyone whose is looking for a really good pet caregiver. I will use her services again in the near future.”

“Susie does a great job watching our dog Oliver and you can tell he feels at home at her house and with her and her family (both human and furry). We're so happy to have found someone who we can feel comfortable leaving our (often neurotic) dog for the weekend!”

“We needed some boarding for our 2 golden-doodles for a couple of nights while we were visiting the Coca Beach/Cape Canaveral/Merritt Island area. Mia had availability and checked all the boxes for us...worked from home, fenced back yard, and 2 of her own pups for playtime with our own. Mia was very flexiable and provided a safe, loving environment for Cooper and Murphy! Thank you very much Mia! As well to ROVER.COM. My wife and I have used this service several times when we travel for vacations or short trips and have had great positive experiences! Highly recommend Mia and Rover.com”

“My dogs always have a great time with Patsy. She loves them and cares for them like they're her own. My senior dog takes multiple medications and requires extra care, and Patsy has the experience and huge heart to care for even the most fragile, older dog like mine. She is wonderful! Thanks, Patsy! :)”
“Lori was phenomenal with Lola! Lola loved playing with her doodle dog and sunbathing in the back yard. Lori provided great updates and was flexible and amazing with drop off and pick up while I was racing in a local sailboat regatta. Lola cannot wait to go back!”

“Susan and her daughter did a great job taking care of our dog, Nala. She listened to my concerns about Nala being somewhat of an escape artist and took them to heart. She kept a watchful eye and gave daily updates. I felt relieved knowing my dog is in such good hands. Sounds like she had a fun time, too. Thanks to you both! Would definitely board with you again.”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Cape Canaveral
Shelley (and her husband) were excellent with my little Molly. Molly is with us most of the time when we travel so she was missing us a little.. which is to be expected. She was extremely well taken care of and would not hesitate to have Shelley dog sit Molly again. I definitely recommend her!!!

I was in Cape Canaveral and did a last minute request to Dezarea to watch my dog for the day so I could go to the Kennedy Space Center! She responded right away and was so welcoming and accommodating with a clean lovely home and her own dog who played with mine. That was my first Rover experience and I am now even more confident of using Rover and grateful to Dezarae for her care and attention!

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
