This was our first time using Rover, and it was more than great. Krystal made the process very easy and being away from Astro for 11 days was 1) the longest time we've ever been away from him, but 2) comfortable knowing he was well taken care of and around someone who was willing to share the compassion as much as we are as his owners. I joked with Krystal saying she would miss him when we picked him up on Sunday, because he's just a fun dog to be around and always happy, but also that I felt like because in all the pictures she'd send me he seemed to have forgot we were even gone.
