“Colleen did a wonderful job taking care of our two dogs, Daisy and Duke. She was able to walk them several times a day since we do not have a yard to let them out in. And she stayed the night with them which helped Daisy who is our anxious and sensitive dogs. They were both seemed to love her and apparently she got some good snuggles! We will book with her again.”

“Renee and Keith once again proved why they’re our go-to sitters! Much as we tried to plan ahead, this stay threw just about everything at them (bodily fluids, kennel escape artists, new equipment being sent to our home for them, weather related travel changes, and more!). Renee and Keith were prompt to alert us with any issue and proactively handled them as we weren’t always available for a quick response during this stay. Their flexibility, positivity, and “dogs will be dogs, things happen!” attitudes were exactly what we needed during this extended stay. Thank you!”

“Julian did an excellent job taking care of my cat Simon. He followed all my instructions exactly like I wanted. He fed Simon at the appropriate schedule, cleaned his litter box, and made sure his water bowl was clean and filled. He also took the time to play with him and pet him so he wouldn’t feel lonely. I would hire Julian to take care of my cat again in a heartbeat.”

“Jessica did a wonderful job with our two dogs while we were away. She was prompted with the request, meet and greet and booking. She provided several updates and photos while we were gone. We will most defiantly utilize her services again.”

“Cathleen was great. She watched Otis for 6.5 hours in our home while we went to an event. Felt comfortable with having Cathleen in our home and very comfortable with her watching Otis. We will book Cathleen for our next event!”

About: I’ve always had pets growing up, both dogs and cats! I’ve always been the kid to watch my neighbors animals while they were gone, take care of my siblings dogs for either drop in visits or stay the night ones, and have always been reliable and responsible when taking care of other peoples fur-babies💗 I also love to take animals on walks, runs, and car rides! (if owners allow it of course) I currently am a student athlete who is looking forward to helping others take care of their babies:) I have one dog and two kitties! I have a fenced in yard and one dog who is very friendly to dogs and cats. I always will respect owners homes when there.
“Denise has taken care of our dogs several times while we’re away. She’s very dependable and is often able to accommodate different times, even on short notice. During our most recent booking, our flight home was delayed for 24 hours—Denise stepped up and offered to check on the dogs the following day (even after the booking had ended). It was a stressful time trying to get home, but a huge relief not to have to worry about our dogs. With Denise, I always know they’re being well cared for and loved!”

“Caitlyn went above and beyond with our pets. We were able to rest assured that they were in good hands. She was also willing to help us last minute and we couldn't have asked for more.”

About: I treat animals better than people And I treat people with utmost respect. We don’t smoke and we love a healthy life. We also rescue animals so your pet will be cared for and loved. I owned a dog that became famous online, because she got saved from unsavvy vets. I will walk your dog as many times as possible, since ANY happy dog needs long walks. I will LOVE your dog, because dogs go through stress when their owners have to leave. It’s important for me that your pet is happy. I can assure you that your pet will be very happy with me. My cats get along with other animals. We even have a squirrel that comes to visit often and eats directly from my hand!
About: I have always had animals throughout my life. When I was younger, the neighborhod dogs would always follow me home, and the cats would stick around outside. Most of the kitties would come indoors and not want to leave. Recently I have lost my last surviving pet, and now would love to share my love and experience with your loved one. Just like your child's needs, your puppies/kitties will have full companionship, food and exercise while waiting for Mom or Dad to pick them up. I am recently retired and have all day to provide love and care to your beloved family member. Just like your child's needs, your puppies/kitties will have full companionship, food and exercise while waiting for Mom or Dad to pick them up. I have a big fenced yard to run in, a porch to sit and soak up sunlight, a companion throughout the day to play with when wanted, and room to spread out and nap.
About: With over 25 years of experience caring for animals, I bring a lifetime of love, patience, and hands-on knowledge to every pet I care for. From energetic puppies to gentle senior pets, I’ve nurtured animals through every stage of life. Our home is filled with kindness and activity—my three children have grown up around animals and share my deep love and respect for them. Whether your pet needs playful attention, a cozy cuddle, or a calm and reliable routine, you can trust that they’ll be treated like family in our care. As a homeschooling family, we have a flexible and consistent schedule that allows us to be home throughout the week. This makes it easy to provide attentive, reliable care for pets without the disruption of a traditional 9–5 job. Pet sitting fits naturally into our daily rhythm—whether it’s walking a dog, feeding and checking in on animals, or offering companionship and playtime, we’re available and present. My kids also enjoy helping (with supervision), adding extra love and attention to the care we provide. In my home, pets are treated like part of the family. I provide a safe, clean, and comfortable environment where they can feel relaxed and loved. Whether they’re staying for a day or a week, I make sure they have plenty of playtime, exercise, and snuggles—along with any specific care or routines they’re used to. I follow feeding schedules, administer medications if needed, and keep owners updated with photos and messages so they know their pets are happy and well cared for.
“Aspen was one of the best sitters we have hired. She communicated super well, she was kind, sent me a ton of videos and pictures and was very flexible. I highly recommend her to anyone needing someone to care for their puppies in the best of ways! She also house sat and left the home the way that she found it...and that's huge! Thank you, Aspen! See you soon.”

About: I have been officially pet sitting for about 3 years but I have had many animals since I was a little girl. I am a veterinary technician and have been for 4.5 years so I am no stranger to administering medications and even giving insulin to pets. I currently have 3 cats and a dog. I work full time (off Tuesdays and I work one Saturday a month) so if your pets are not comfortable being home alone for 4-5 hours then I am not the right fit for you. If your pet loves to cuddle I am all for it! I have no problem with being covered in fur. If you have a specific regiment for your fur babies I will be glad to follow all instructions and specifics; I very much appreciate lists and written instructions. I love taking fur babies for pup cups especially! (If allowed of course)
About: I’ve been actively involved in animal rescue in Brevard County since I was a preteen and continue that work today. Through PAWS and Space Coast Feline Network (SCFN), I’ve worked hands-on with cats of all backgrounds—including ferals, seniors, kittens, and cats with medical needs, disabilities, or behavioral challenges. I also have similar experience rescuing dogs more casually and fostering with SCFN, caring for dogs with a wide range of personalities, energy levels, and routines. Over the years, I’ve become very comfortable reading animal body language, maintaining routines, and helping pets feel safe and settled in new environments. I’m experienced with administering basic medications, following specific care instructions, and giving extra attention to pets who need patience, structure, or reassurance. I treat every animal as an individual and care for them as if they were my own. At home, I have three dogs of my own—a senior Great Dane, a rescue mix, and a Goldendoodle. All are spayed/neutered and up to date on vaccinations, and I’m very familiar with managing mixed sizes, ages, and energy levels in a calm, structured environment. I also have experience caring for various farm animals, which has further strengthened my comfort with diverse animal needs and routines. *** Daycare bookings exceeding 10 hours may incur an extended care fee*** Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I’m a full-time online student, which allows me to be home the majority of the day and provide consistent supervision, regular potty breaks, structured meals, playtime, and plenty of attention. I keep a calm, predictable schedule and adjust routines to match each pet’s normal habits as closely as possible. Because I’m experienced balancing multiple animals of different ages and energy levels, care never feels rushed or chaotic. Boarding pets are treated as part of the household, not as drop-ins, and I’m available throughout the day to ensure they’re comfortable, safe, and well cared for. Safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I provide care in a calm, structured home environment and take time to understand each pet’s routine, preferences, and boundaries before and during their stay. I introduce new dogs slowly, supervise interactions, and adjust care based on personality, energy level, and comfort—not a one-size-fits-all approach. I maintain a clean, secure space with close supervision, regular potty breaks, and plenty of opportunities for rest and enrichment. I’m experienced caring for senior pets, rescues, and animals with medical or behavioral needs, and I carefully follow all feeding schedules, medication instructions, and special care plans. Clear communication is important to me. I provide regular updates and photos so owners can feel confident their pets are safe, happy, and well cared for. Whether pets are staying in my home or I’m caring for them in theirs, I treat every animal and space with respect, attention, and care—just as I would my own.
About: I have had dogs all my life. And friends and family have always relied on me to feed, walk, and play with their happy pups. I'm available to walk, feed and play with your furry friends on weekdays early in the mornings and on evenings and anytime on the weekends. I follow any guidelines and dietary restrictions you have for your best friend. And will always come to your home to make sure the pup feels safe in his environment.
“Megan was amazing with my pets and my home! She easily followed instructions for my three and their different eating habits, their potty and play schedule, and she even got them new toys! I’m so happy I found someone in the area reasonably priced, great with my pets, who treats them as well as I do. I will always call Megan first when I need a sitter!”
About: I had a large sized dog for most of my life and grew up with her from the age of a puppy until she passed away my freshman year of high school to old age. She was a pit/lab mix and I loved running with her, cuddling when she was tired, and even allowing her to "play" with me while I do yoga. I have so much love for animals, as I believe they are true reciprocates of unconditional love. I would love to spend time with your animals while you need them cared for. I am an opera singer and voice teacher. Finally, I guess a special skill would be I love relaxation techniques such as yoga, music, sound healing etc, and animals are so attuned to these activities that I could even provide a healing experience for your pet :) Available any time! Was recently let go from my job as a yoga and music teacher in the public school system due to budget cuts, so I am available all day every day beginning this summer! Ive decided to take a break from public school teaching, spend more time singing and studying my voice / music. And take some more freelance type jobs. I am extremely compassionate and really like to provide that space for an animal to feel safe and welcome in my company. I like to build a relationship with animals and eventually find a language of communication where we seem to “get” each other.
“If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Madison made me feel at ease, this is the first time I left Buddy with anyone. Buddy sleeps in bed with me so Madison slept in my bed so Buddy wasn't alone at night. Thank you so much!!!!”

About: I’ve grown up with an epileptic cat and two very active large dogs. I’m familiar with admitting medicines to pets. Made dog buiscuits with friends on pet sitting days as teenagers. Im very good and comfortable with aggressive or very active heavy dogs, snakes, birds, cats, house sitting, outside activity, extended exercise sits, medication visits… I keep excess constant water ready for pets on the walks long or short. I’m working but work life is funny so reach out and check for on call service or for scheduling a service within 3 weeks out. I can’t keep pets in my home, nor can I transport any pets; but I can travel far for any services needed whenever you call.
“Aspyn was absolutely amazing while we were away on vacation! From the moment we left, she kept us updated with regular messages, photos, and check-ins, which gave us so much peace of mind. It was clear that she genuinely cared about our dogs and treated them like her own. She was incredibly responsible, reliable, and attentive to all of their needs. Our dogs were happy, comfortable, and well cared for when we returned home, and we could tell they had received plenty of love and attention while we were gone. Aspyn was also very friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter and would wholeheartedly recommend Aspyn to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and caring to look after their pets. We will definitely be using her again in the future!”

Pet parents share their Rover experiences - Titusville
We were so hesitant to use a dog sitter because our dog is so spoiled and we were afraid someone else would not understand this. But ! that was until we found Alicia. She sent pictures and updates while we were away and treated Nash like he was her dog. We will definitely continue to use Alicia .

I had Ashley stay in my home for four days to care for three dogs and four cats. We were out of town and unable to be reached by phone. My animals were all treated excellent! One of my dogs even had a little medical issue and she was able to call our vet and take care of it herself. My house was cleaned up probably better than before we left. The animals were all clean and well taken care of. We had no issues at all. I will definitely be using her again!

Beyond belly rubs and feeding schedules, a house sitter’s presence may provide an additional layer of security for your home. However, you will need to arrange overnight stays and other household tasks with your sitter when reaching out to them. Not all sitters offer the same services. Common household tasks you can negotiate include:
- Mail & deliveries: Collecting letters and packages so they don't pile up.
- Plant care: Keeping your indoor or outdoor garden hydrated.
- Trash & recycling: Taking trash cans to the curb on scheduled pickup days.
- Home security: Sitters can stay overnight to keep your home occupied.
The best way to align on expectations is during your free Meet & Greet. Use this time to provide a "home cheat sheet" that includes your preferred Titusville walking routes, the location of your favorite pet store, and any specific quirks about your home’s security or appliances.
It’s helpful to think of house sitting as a "home base" service. Most sitters in Titusville maintain their normal daily routines, like running errands or heading to the office, meaning your pet should be comfortable being alone for a few hours at a time. If your pet needs a little extra company, here is how to find the perfect match:
- Look for "WFH" sitters: Many sitters mention "Work from Home" on their profile to indicate they’ll be present for the majority of the day.
- Update your pet’s profile: Write down how long your pet can comfortably be left alone. This helps sitters quickly determine if their schedule aligns with your needs.
- Communicate 24/7 needs: Standard house sitting usually doesn't include constant supervision. If your pet requires round-the-clock care, be sure to discuss this upfront.
Tip: Use the Meet & Greet to confirm a sitter's typical "away" windows. Transparency ensures your pet stays happy and your sitter can plan their day effectively!
Key handling is entirely up to you and your sitter to agree on during the Meet & Greet or in the Rover app. Most pet parents in Titusville choose to hand over a spare key or digital fob in person, while others arrange a lockbox or unique access code. Don't forget to discuss key returns as well!
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your pet to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your pet is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Titusville. On Rover:
- 90% of sitters can help with special care needs
- 96% can help with giving oral medications or injections
- 96% can help with daily exercise
You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
