Susanna takes great care of our Golden Retriever, Stella. Susanna only takes on one client at a time which I appreciate since Stella wants to be part of a friendly pack, but the coming and going of strange dogs would be disruptive and anxiety-provoking. I appreciate Susanna’s willingness to hold the boundary of one visiting (or reconnoitering) dog at a time, which set my mind at ease.
Laura was an exceptional sitter for Daisy’s over night stay. It was her first visit and Laura made sure she was happy and comfortable. Though out the stay, Laura updated us with pictures and comments about her activities. There was a storm coming to the area and Laura made sure she knew how Daisy responded to the weather by keeping her calm and comfortable. We had a fantastic experience with Katie and her dog, Sam! She was incredibly thoughtful and kind every step of the way. Toby is diabetic, so he comes with a lot of instructions, and Katie handled it with ease. I felt so comfortable leaving him in her care, which was such a relief.
