She knows how to handle and interact with both of them, is always very sweet and kind to them and understands their individual temperaments well. Monica is also great with communication and keeps us up to date on our pups over the course of her time with them as well as if there’s any schedule shifts that might need to happen. I work from home so I'm flexible to take pets outside, for walks, and playtime. My work environment is portable (just need WiFi and a laptop) which means I can work from virtually anywhere. Binx has full reign of the house while I'm home and is restricted to the living room, via baby gate, while I'm out or asleep. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
