“Melissa was great, She arrived on time or early. She fed the cats according to my schedule. She updated me with photos. She even put my dishes up and took my trash out to the curb.”

“Throughout the chaos of my wedding day, Ale made sure that my babies were well cared for and went the extra mile even when my babies got dirty playing outside. ❤️”

“We are so happy we booked Christina! She sent me daily updates of Layla with some photos, which we love! She was also very respectful of our home and helpful to being in mail and some packages and take the trash out to the curb(thank you!!). We had no doubt Layla was a happy girl in Christina’s care and we will definitely book her again! :)”

“Can never say enough nice things about Cynthia! She always takes wonderful care of our 3 active furr-kids. She is our #1 go-to! Always sends us pics with updates and we can see how much our dogs enjoy being with her. She even gets them to play with toys they won’t touch when we are around 🤣. We look forward to using her again next time!”

“Evelyn is wonderful she came over before the job to meet me, Coco and Lily. She is an excellent listener and connected with Coco and Lily right away. I felt confident she would follow all my instructions and she certainly did....everything was perfect when I returned and she always answered my texts immediately and is on time and reliable.....I highly recommend this very sweet, intelligent sitter and will definitely use her in the future!”

“Lucky for us, we chose Jaclyn who was a perfect match for our senior pup. She came to meet him before we left and he warmed up to her calm demeanor instantly. She sent photos while we were away and was quick to respond back to messages. We hate leaving our big guy but it’s good to know we have a trusted sitter nearby. Thank you Jaclyn!”
“Bonnie surpassed all expectations! My pups took to her immediately at the meet and greet, and were showered with attention during the overnight housesitting. Bonnie brought treats and ruffs for my dogs and sent several pictures and dates over the 2 days. My German Shepherd is especially a nervous Nelly, but he was happy and at ease with Bonnie right away. Caring for two big dogs is not the easiest, but Bonnie did an amazing job. I was so relieved I didn’t have to leave them at daycare and that they were being so well cared for. If you can work with Bonnie, do it! I am so happy to have found a reliable and enthusiastic carer for my dogs.”

About: Hi, I’m Maddy! I’m a reliable and responsible pet sitter who genuinely enjoys spending time with dogs. Whether it’s going on walks, playing, or just keeping your pup company, I make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while you’re away. I understand that every dog has a unique personality, energy level, and routine. I take the time to follow your instructions closely so your dog’s schedule stays consistent. My goal is to make your dog feel happy, relaxed, and at ease—even when you’re not home. While I’ve had cats my entire life, I’ve spent many years caring for family dogs and dog-sitting regularly. Through that experience, I’ve become comfortable handling different temperaments and energy levels, and I’ve learned how to build trust quickly with new dogs. I have experience with dogs of all sizes, from pit bull mixes to mid-sized doodles to small Maltese. I’m confident working with a variety of breeds, whether they’re energetic and playful or more calm and relaxed. I offer dog walking, drop-in visits, and overnight stays in your dog’s home. I also provide regular updates with plenty of photos of your pup, so you can feel confident knowing your dog is in good hands. Pet care fits easily into my routine right now because I have a lot of availability this summer. I’m only taking a few college classes, so my schedule is very flexible. This allows me to give pets plenty of attention, stick closely to their routines, and be available for walks, drop-in visits, or extended care throughout the week. I currently provide care exclusively in my clients’ homes so pets can stay comfortable in their familiar environment and routine. During visits, I follow all care instructions closely, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any specific needs your pet may have. I make sure your pet gets plenty of attention, exercise, and companionship while keeping their routine as consistent as possible. I also keep your home tidy and respect your space. Communication is very important to me, so I provide regular updates and photos to keep you informed and give you peace of mind while you’re away.
“Our puppies love Nicole. She took good care of them on our first overnight. She if very conscientious and assured their needs were taken care of, even if it meant getting up in the middle of the night to potty!”

“We had Kelly house sit for us while we were on vacation (5 days), our two larger dogs (#65 and #100) love her! She definitely cares about them and it makes travelling easier knowing that your pets are in good hands. We will definitely be booking her again.”

If they need help all I need is for you to tell me how to help them and they’ll be taken care of!
“Carolina was stellar! We felt so at ease with our 3 pups at home- all with very unique needs. She communicated with us everyday and shared updates of their fun! We came home to our pups relaxed and content, all evidence of the love they got all week.”

About: I’ve loved dogs for as long as I can remember. I got my first dog when I was 12 years old, and since then caring for dogs has always been a big part of my life. Over the years I’ve helped care for dogs belonging to friends and family, including feeding, walks, playtime, and making sure they feel comfortable while their owners are away. I’ve also had the opportunity to work with a service dog, which taught me a lot about responsibility, consistency, and paying close attention to a dog’s needs and behavior. I understand how important it is for dogs to feel safe, active, and loved. I always make sure they get the attention, exercise, and care they need. I also send regular updates and photos so owners can feel relaxed knowing their dog is happy and well cared for! I’m available after 5pm on weekdays and have flexible availability on weekends. I’m happy to help with walks, visits, feeding, playtime, and giving your pet lots of attention and care. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I always make sure to follow the pet’s normal routine so they feel safe and comfortable in their own environment. I carefully follow feeding schedules, litter box care, walks, and any specific instructions provided by the owner. I treat both the pets and the home with great respect and attention. My goal is to make sure your pet feels relaxed, cared for, and loved while you’re away. I also send regular updates and photos so you can feel confident that everything is going well.
“Monica was amazing with our senior beagle who struggles with separation anxiety for drop in sitting. She kept him happy and comfortable while we were away. Will definitely be rebooking with her in the future!”

“Olivia was fantastic. She spoiled our two boys, and kept them well cared for. The house was clean, and she also watered my flowers. Couldn’t ask for a better sitter.”

About: I have had multiple dogs growing up and have raised puppies! Dogs have a very special place in my heart, I want all puppies to have the best treats and the most playtime! I am an independent nail technician, so I have a flexible schedule! Mornings and afternoons I am home to care for pets! I am available weekends and weekdays for stop ins and overnight visits. I hold client’s homes with the upmost respect.. Cleaning and leaving the home better after I leave. I greatly care about the environment of each pet and will always protect the home as it were mine.
“Kristina is THE BEST! She took GREAT care of our 2 very pampered chihuahuas and elderly cat, so much so, I think they were all a little disappointed when we got home. She definitely treated them like her own and we are so appreciative of that. We were able to enjoy our family vacation with multiple updates and pictures daily. She really is the sweetest person and we will definitely be having her back!”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs both large and small for 10 years for friends and family, both in their home and my own. Willing to walk, play, feed, water, administer basic medications or just provide companionship. Trustworthy, compassionate and reliable. I currently work Monday to Friday but have open availability all day on weekends as well as weekdays after 6pm. I have my own dog and cat as well. I do live in an apartment so would be limited to one dog in my home. I have a 24 pound Cavachon who is friendly with all dogs. I walk my dog multiple times a day and would give yours the same care. I also have a medium kennel if your dog requires that for short absences if that is an option. At a clients home I can play with the pet in a fenced yard or offer 30-60 minute walks multiple times a day. Will feed, play, clean up after pottying, and will give your pet plenty of love and pets!!

About: I have taken care of my neighbors’ animals since I was nine years old. I often take care of their dogs for several days at a time while they’re away. I love taking care of animals and making them feel safe and cared for, despite their parents not being home. I have work 8-5 every weekday, but I can pet-sit afterwards and stop by during my lunch break! My weekends are completely free, so I can spend the whole day with your pet if they have more frequent needs. I have had experience from young puppies and kittens to senior dogs and cats. I understand that every animal has differing needs, so I will do my best to accommodate to everything that will make your pet feel safe.
Rochester Hills pet parents share their Rover experiences
Rey is a kind quiet person and with that said, I had concerns with our youngest dog Izzy. Izzy is a Chesapeake Bay Retriever, only 2 years old and quite feisty. She is still in field training and Dad is her "person" so I wondered if she would "own" Rey. Jack is our Lab and easy as can be. Rey did great. Lots of messages and photos... A+ for Rey!

Anna came in and treated our dogs like her own. We got a puppy 1 week from vacation and both our dogs had kennel cough so even our oldest couldn’t be boarded. Anna was prompt to schedule our meet and greet and very easy to get to know and trust with our dogs and our home. We were gone 8 days and she made us feel so connected with pictures everyday and a quick update. She even started crate training for our puppy. She’s absolutely amazing and we will 100% be repeat customers.

I booked an international trip last year but recently relocated. I did not have any local sitters, and my family was unable to watch my girls. Jaclyn was a life saver! At our meet and greet the girls were instantly drawn to her playfulness and her professionalism helped me know they would be well cared for while I was away. She kept them on their schedule, walked them daily and sent just enough photos! 10/10, and will definitely book again!

This was our second time having Lisa check in our guinea pig, Storm, while we were on vacation. Storm was comfortable with her right away, and she shared the cutest photos. Lisa took extra time and care around the house. Would gladly recommend Lisa to anyone looking for trustworthy and reliable pretty care. 😊

Katherine was absolutely wonderful with our dogs, Bentley and Ellie! From the moment she arrived, she was caring, attentive, and made us feel completely at ease leaving them in her care. She followed all instructions perfectly, including giving medications, and sent us thoughtful updates and pictures while we were away. The dogs were happy, relaxed, and clearly well-loved while with her. We’re so grateful for the peace of mind she gave us and will definitely be booking with her again. Highly recommend her!

Kristina was great with our 2 dogs. We had never left them before so I was a little nervous leaving them for 7 days but Kristina was amazing! She sent pictures and gave me updates every day. It made me feel so much better knowing they were happy and that she was taking such great care of them. I also loved that Kristina was able to take care of our dogs in our own home where they are comfortable. Overall Kristina did an amazing job and was wonderful with communicating while she was caring for our dogs. We will definitely be using her again.
