Friends and family often ask me to pet sit because their pets are comfortable with me — especially dogs who are shy, nervous, skittish, or slow to warm up. I’m structured, reliable, and very respectful of owner instructions. If you give me a routine, I will follow it. I also like sending updates and photos so you know your pet is safe, happy, and cared for while you’re away. I’m also respectful of your home and belongings. I clean up after myself, keep pet areas tidy, and treat every home with the same care I would want someone to show mine. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I already structure my day around making sure animals have what they need. In the morning, I make sure pets are fed, have fresh water, get outside or have their litter area checked, and receive attention based on their comfort level. I pay attention to each pet’s personality and routine. Some pets want immediate attention, while others need space first, so I let them come to me and adjust to their vibe. Throughout the day, I stay aware of whether they need to go out, eat, rest, play, or just have calm companionship. If your pet has medication, dietary restrictions, feeding instructions, or a specific routine, I use notes and reminders so nothing gets missed. I like structure and planning ahead, so I’m very careful about following owner instructions and keeping pets on the schedule they are used to. I care for pets with a calm, structured, and attentive approach. In a client’s home, I respect both the pet’s routine and the owner’s space. I follow instructions closely, keep food and water areas clean, clean up after pets, and make sure doors, gates, leashes, litter boxes, and supplies are handled carefully. I’m very observant of animal behavior and body language, especially with pets who are shy, anxious, energetic, or unsure around new people. I do not force interaction. I give pets space, let them warm up at their own pace, and make sure they feel safe and comfortable. I also like to send updates and photos so owners know their pets are doing well. My goal is for your pet to feel cared for and for you to feel confident that your home and animal are being treated with respect.

About: Hi! I’m Claire and I love taking care of animals!! I have had dogs my entire life, as well as one cat. I have experience caring for dogs of different ages and sizes, including feeding and walks. I am comfortable with giving medications and maintaining training routines as well. I will take care of every pet as if they are my own! I’m currently in school/internship part-time. I am available 4-5 days a week, with internship the other 2-3 days of the week. I am flexible with scheduling, as my school schedule changes each week. I have one dog and one cat that get along with other animals. I have a crate, toys, bowls, and leashes as well. “Bonnie surpassed all expectations! My pups took to her immediately at the meet and greet, and were showered with attention during the overnight housesitting. Bonnie brought treats and ruffs for my dogs and sent several pictures and dates over the 2 days. My German Shepherd is especially a nervous Nelly, but he was happy and at ease with Bonnie right away. Caring for two big dogs is not the easiest, but Bonnie did an amazing job. I was so relieved I didn’t have to leave them at daycare and that they were being so well cared for. If you can work with Bonnie, do it! I am so happy to have found a reliable and enthusiastic carer for my dogs.”

About: I’ve been animal sitting for about a year and a half now I love doggy babies! My experience goes from boarding at the owner’s house for up to three weeks or just drop in visits whatever’s needed of me. I can move my schedule around for you! If your dog likes to chill I can chill if they like to play let’s play! I currently work part-time and I’m not in school so I’m able to move my schedule around to fit the needs of others! As long as it’s the day I have available While I don’t have a dog I’m able to learn whatever is required to be meet your dogs needs. If they need help all I need is for you to tell me how to help them and they’ll be taken care of!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs both large and small for 10 years for friends and family, both in their home and my own. Willing to walk, play, feed, water, administer basic medications or just provide companionship. Trustworthy, compassionate and reliable. I currently work Monday to Friday but have open availability all day on weekends as well as weekdays after 6pm. I have my own dog and cat as well. I do live in an apartment so would be limited to one dog in my home. I have a 24 pound Cavachon who is friendly with all dogs. I walk my dog multiple times a day and would give yours the same care. I also have a medium kennel if your dog requires that for short absences if that is an option. At a clients home I can play with the pet in a fenced yard or offer 30-60 minute walks multiple times a day. Will feed, play, clean up after pottying, and will give your pet plenty of love and pets!!
