About: Hi! I’m 30 years old and I’ve been around dogs my whole life. I grew up in a house full of dogs of all sizes, breeds, and personalities—my mom always had rescues and mixed breeds, so I’m very comfortable with different temperaments and energy levels. Today, I have my own adopted 16 lb mixed-breed dog, and caring for him has only deepened my love and experience with dogs. I’m confident handling puppies and energetic dogs, and I truly enjoy walks, playtime, and giving them attention and care. For safety reasons, I prefer not to work with dogs that are overly aggressive or difficult to manage. My experience is focused entirely on dogs, so I’m not the best fit for cats or other types of pets. I’m available to foster small dogs in my apartment. I work from home and I’m able to walk him/her 3/4 times a day. I’m also available for drop-in visits between 6 AM–8 AM and anytime after 5 PM. I live in an apartment with a fenced area, which is great for safe outdoor time. I’m also happy to take your dog on walks outside around the neighborhood. I can feed, play with, and walk your dog, making sure they get plenty of attention, exercise, and care while you’re away.

About: I’ve taken care of my neighbor’s cat every winter from December to March since he was young. I stay with him as long as I can every day — doing my homework with him in my lap, taking naps with him curled up by my feet, and eating dinner while watching him pace at my plate. To establish trust I want to do a meet and greet with you before you head out (unless its last minute for a walk). Anytime you want, you can request pictures or an update on how your pupper or kitty is doing. I will still send you a detailed nightly update at the end of the day so you know how your pet is doing.

“I was very happy with Kristen taking care of my dog! He had a safe space to run around and not take off and had playmates for the week. She sent us updates so we knew he was having a fun vacation also! Very accommodating with drop off and pick up 👍🏻”

“I would highly recommend Lindsay to all parents who has any fur babies. She was so adjustable and positive during the stay with my two babies. The boarding didn’t started very well as these two were not feeling comfortable because of staying at new place and may be some separation anxiety, but Lindsay never gave up and tried everything she can to make them feel better. She was understanding emotions from both sides and make us believe that she will be fine completing this stay. I must thank her and her whole family for being so kind and understanding.
