We could not have asked for a better pet sitter! We were away for 17 days, which is a long time to leave our dogs and cat, but we felt completely at ease the entire trip. We received regular updates, photos, and messages that showed just how well our pets were being cared for. It was clear that our dogs and cat were happy, comfortable, and getting lots of attention. In fact, they looked like they were on vacation themselves! Seeing them so relaxed and content made it easy for us to enjoy our time away without worrying. The communication, professionalism, and genuine care for our pets exceeded all expectations. We are incredibly grateful and would absolutely trust them with our pets again. Highly recommend!

Jill was such a blessing to me when I went out of the country for six days and had to leave my two babies behind. She showed up on time, took her job seriously and sent frequent photos and updates to ease my mind. I work from home so my pups are used to having people around most of the day and Jill was one of the few sitters I talked with who was happy to spend a lot of time with them so they were rarely alone. She kept them, fed, gave my older dog his heart medicine and provided enough love so I came home to two relaxed, happy dogs. And best of all, I was able to enjoy some time away knowing they were in good hands.

Jayla did a great job again taking care of our girls. Communication was great, and we returned to two happy ladies.

Natalia was amazing with Stoops! I got home and he was relaxed and not anxious. Natalia did such a good job with keeping his routine and got along very well with Stoops. Would absolutely recommend for long stays.

grant was hands down the most incredible pet sitter i've ever tried ever! he was so good at communicating quickly especially with me being in the virgin islands where service is only available in certain areas. not once while i was on vacation did i have to worry about my pup because i knew he was in good hands. grant even last minute excepted to watching my pup for 2 more days due to a flight delay. grant is who i will use anytime i need a sitter. my concierge was even telling me that zeus looked so happy while in his care PLEASE make sure to take the opportunity and book if he has open availability, you will not be disappointed

Naomi always goes above and beyond to make sure our pups are well cared for while we are away. She provides structured routines, lots of love, sends plenty of updates and videos! She is also very well rounded in her knowledge and handling of all types of dog temperaments and needs; our two pups have very different care requirements (ie one with medical needs and one is a young dog with a lot of energy) and she always does a fantastic job with them both! I would highly recommend her! (-:

Aly took great care of our girls while we were away. She kept us updated throughout our trip with photos and messages, which gave us great peace of mind. She was thoughtful, reliable, and clearly cared for our pets as if they were her own. Aly also kept our home spotless, and went above and beyond by helping water our plants. Erika was amazing. My Riley kept going into her area searching for his friend once I returned. She followed all our plan. Riley is 15yrs and high-maintenance. She was great!

Elizabeth continues to be a godsend to our family. She attended to my dog who got sick while we were away and made sure to send us lots of updates and stayed with him until he got better!

Terra was great and took such good care of my cat while I was away. She sent frequent daily updates with pictures which was so appreciated. I will definitely contact Terra for a future stay!

Keely was warm, friendly, and easy going when she came over before hand to meet my puppy. This was my first time using Rover and was impressed by the level of service received by Keely. She sent pictures everyday along with communication. If there were any concerns, all minor puppy behavior, she noted them via text. For example, asked how I handled my dog, an Australian Shepherd, wanting to sprint for several blocks and be an Olympic Champ (my words not hers), I gave her suggestions that have worked for me. All to say, she doesn’t hesitate to reach out and ask what works for your dog when needed. I would recommend Keely and use her services again if she is up to my energetic Australian Shepherd.

Hale did incredible with both our cat and dog!! She sent so much thoughtful and cute updates throughout the day and we got a lot of update photos, which we prefer. She looked out for both of them like they were her own pets!

Karla was fantastic and I will definitely book her again! It was great to have her stay in my apartment with my senior girl. She sent daily photos and messages with updates and I know Fancy was very happy and comfortable while I was gone. Thank you!
