I've grown up with all kinds of animals my entire life—from cats to dogs, to rabbits, hamsters, gerbils, fish, and even turtles. I have experience caring for animals of all ages and personalities, and I have a special place in my heart for those with special medical needs. One of the most rewarding experiences I've had was raising my own cat with wobbly cat syndrome from less than two weeks old and helping him learn to walk. I’ve also cared for a diabetic cat who required daily insulin injections, a cat who suffered from seizures, and another cat with asthma who receives inhaler treatments. We had an amazing experience with Sarah. She took excellent care of our precious pets, making sure they had daily walks and hugs and special treats. In addition, Sarah helped us so much by watering our container plants daily to keep them alive in the Houston heat. On a special note, when I had to undergo an emergency appendectomy while on vacation, Sarah was wonderfully compassionate and reassuring. She provided daily updates with photos and constantly reassured us that there was nothing to worry about at home and to just focus on healing from my health Emergency. Kathleen is great. We had her watch Caesar for 3 weeks during an international trip; after doing a meet and greet with her, we were confident he would be in good hands. We returned to a happy, healthy boy. She was both independent and communicative throughout the stay - sending pics as well. We also came back to a home perhaps cleaner than we left it. She went above and beyond; it was clear our space was cared for. Will absolutely be reaching out to her first next time we need a sitter!
We had an amazing experience with Dani and will definitely be booking with her again! Dani stayed in our apartment over the holiday weekend to look after our dog, and we couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. She kept us updated throughout our trip with regular messages and lots of photos, which gave us so much peace of mind. Our dog can be anxious around new people, but she was so patient and clearly experienced with nervous dogs. She knew exactly how to approach him, and he warmed up to her almost immediately. When we got home, he was happy, relaxed, and clearly had been very well cared for. She also took incredible care of our home. We came back to an apartment that was absolutely spotless—she even did the laundry and took out the trash, which was such a thoughtful touch. Charis was awesome with our fur family! Our sitting experience started as a disaster for her (TOTALLY ON US) that she handled with complete ease and calm (I was a stressed mess lol). Less than 2 hours after her arrival all our smoke detectors started going off. And going off. And wouldn't stop. This went on for several hours and required a call to an electrician that thankfully was able to get there very quickly and solved the problem. I was so grateful Charis was willing to stick it out and assist with letting the electrician in and problem solving. Charis gave our 2 pups and our cat lots of love and attention during the 4 day stay and left our house in perfect condition. Ziggy, Shelby Ann, Bear and I highly recommend.
grant was hands down the most incredible pet sitter i've ever tried ever! he was so good at communicating quickly especially with me being in the virgin islands where service is only available in certain areas. not once while i was on vacation did i have to worry about my pup because i knew he was in good hands. grant even last minute excepted to watching my pup for 2 more days due to a flight delay. grant is who i will use anytime i need a sitter. my concierge was even telling me that zeus looked so happy while in his care PLEASE make sure to take the opportunity and book if he has open availability, you will not be disappointed
Naomi always goes above and beyond to make sure our pups are well cared for while we are away. She provides structured routines, lots of love, sends plenty of updates and videos! She is also very well rounded in her knowledge and handling of all types of dog temperaments and needs; our two pups have very different care requirements (ie one with medical needs and one is a young dog with a lot of energy) and she always does a fantastic job with them both! Daniela was such a blessing! From day one she was very responsive and professional. I made her come to my house twice for meet and greet because i have two Dobermans and i needed them to get familiarized with her before my trip. She accomodated my last minute changes and made the whole experience so enjoyable. My dogs are very high maintenance and extremely velcro so i was worried it would be too much for Daniela but nope! Got so many pictures and updates that i didnt worry about my doggos (or my house) while i was on vacation. She went above and beyond and left the house even cleaner than how i left it. Even gave freyja a bath. Not ever booking with anyone else other than her :) happy with my first ever rover experience and very thankful i found her.
