Lauren did a great job. She was super attentive to all of our animals and they loved her. Moving forward we can’t imagine using anyone else ever again. Usually when we come home our dogs are restless, this time around it was the exact opposite. She took them out on schedule and played with all of them regularly to keep them stimulated. If you need a sitter who truly loves animals, book Lauren, you won’t regret it.
Maria was absolutely wonderful! She was great at communicating and sent us daily updates and pictures, which gave us so much peace of mind. Heather is above and beyond awesome. She stayed with my 2 dogs and 1 cat overnight for 10 days and took exceptional care of the pets as well as the home and plants. I really appreciated her twice daily communication with the most adorable photo updates and that she was always punctual and followed through exactly as she promised. I came home to find very happy pets who were obviously loved on so well. Heather was also flexible and kind when I alerted her to my partner swinging by to mow the lawn or grab something. We had an amazing experience with Sarah. She took excellent care of our precious pets, making sure they had daily walks and hugs and special treats. In addition, Sarah helped us so much by watering our container plants daily to keep them alive in the Houston heat. On a special note, when I had to undergo an emergency appendectomy while on vacation, Sarah was wonderfully compassionate and reassuring. She provided daily updates with photos and constantly reassured us that there was nothing to worry about at home and to just focus on healing from my health Emergency. Kathleen is great. We had her watch Caesar for 3 weeks during an international trip; after doing a meet and greet with her, we were confident he would be in good hands. We returned to a happy, healthy boy. She was both independent and communicative throughout the stay - sending pics as well. We also came back to a home perhaps cleaner than we left it. Charis was awesome with our fur family! Our sitting experience started as a disaster for her (TOTALLY ON US) that she handled with complete ease and calm (I was a stressed mess lol). Less than 2 hours after her arrival all our smoke detectors started going off. And going off. And wouldn't stop. This went on for several hours and required a call to an electrician that thankfully was able to get there very quickly and solved the problem. I was so grateful Charis was willing to stick it out and assist with letting the electrician in and problem solving. Charis gave our 2 pups and our cat lots of love and attention during the 4 day stay and left our house in perfect condition. Ziggy, Shelby Ann, Bear and I highly recommend.
