She took our booking at the absolute last minute and didn’t even bat an eye. She was punctual on check-ins with our cats, and went out of her way to keep an eye on our shyer cat who likes to hide. She helped clean up litter boxes and trash on her way on and overall was a perfect fit. Would book again.”

Hailey is awesome! She understood both of my pets unique needs so well. My kitty was on a hunger strike while my friends were checking in on her over the weekend, but as soon as Hailey came over & warmed up her food, she settled back into eating! Hailey also took my dog on plenty of walks and read his energy levels. Got lots of updates & photos throughout and could tell they were both so cozy
Sarah is awesome! This was my first time using Rover and I did not know what to expect. Sarah made things very easy. I asked her to stop in twice a day to check on my cat while I was out of town. She is a great communicator and sent daily updates. She did a great job and I will definitely seek her out when needed again.
Chiara was fantastic! We had used the same dog boarder for the past 7 years, who retired this year. We were very unsure of getting another boarder and tried Rover. Ally was great! Teddy can definitely be a handful at times, but she managed well by looking after him. Jack usually takes a while to warm up to new people, but with Ally, he opened up so quickly it felt like they had known each other forever. Ally is reliable and trustworthy which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. On top of that, she tidied up around the house and even offered to help with more before she left. I would highly recommend Ally to any and all pet owners.
Zariah OMG where do I start ! She is so amazing she got my dog to go down the stairs something I have been trying to do for a while! Victoria was reliable and we came back to content cats and a clean home. We did have to let her know we need a little more updates but that’s truly because we miss them too but she took it so kindly and gave us the peace we needed without judgement.
