Dog walking would be my primary activity next to my English classes. I will work with you to make sure that your pets needs are met in a timely manner. At home we have a fenced backyard and at my customers' homes I make sure that safety is a priority during my service. That means that I would make sure that your pet is properly secured and that is happy while we are together.

I stayed at a dog friendly hotel but even going for breakfast made my puppy very anxious alone in the room we decided to use over for the first time and I urgently contacted Darius. He was very prompt to respond and accommodated everything. He was very vigilant for for example I feed my dog fresh food, which I forgot to tell him, but he had already put the food in the fridge. He has a very sweet and loving puppy, and I could visibly see mylo happy. If I ever returned to Houston, Darius is my guy. Milo has never been around strangers, but he was extremely comfortable with Darius. He also sent updates every so often and was prompted to answer anything I asked. I don’t think twice.”

One thing worth knowing up front: I never rush a visit. If your dog needs a few extra minutes, those are on me at no extra charge, and I give every client the same courtesy. Because a visit now and then runs long, I keep some flexibility around start times. I always aim for your booked time, but please allow up to 30 minutes on either side. For a 2:00 PM booking, that means I may arrive anytime between 1:30 PM and 2:30 PM. Your pet’s safety and well-being always comes first. They’ll have my full attention the whole time we’re together. I’m constantly reading their mood, behavior, and surroundings, so I can catch anything that seems off early and keep them comfortable and happy.

“Most of the dog sitters I've tried out don't meet my standards and I normally don't leave reviews, but Sharon did a fantastic job taking care of my dog Rosie, so I'm leaving this review. I can tell that Sharon went above the norm for my dog Rosie's experiences with Rover sitters because after I picked Rosie up (and for >2 days following), there were no perceivable change in Rosie's (1) behavior, (2) 💩 quality, or (3) coat/fur shedding compared what they were like when I dropped her off. These three stress metrics indicate to me that Rosie was given a good amount of care in terms of play, discipline, exercise, food/treats, petting/brushing. I always anticipate some level of stress in a new environment, and that might decrease over time when the dog acclimates to the new sitter. But Rosie was clearly comfortable and cared for by Sharon. I will definitely look for Sharon to watch Rosie when I need a dog sitter in the future.”
“Alexandra was amazing with my dog Archie! She kept me updated the whole time with pictures and messages, which really put me at ease. She was super flexible with drop-off and pick-up times, and I could tell she truly cared about making sure Archie was happy and comfortable. Archie had the best time playing and hanging out with her sweet golden, Maple — they got lots of outdoor time, walks, and cuddles! I can tell he was treated like one of her own. “Zariah really cared for my dog and sent me daily updates. He took a little while to get adjusted and she made him comfortable which was important to me. She also let me know when he messed up (bathroom on her floor) but she was really sweet about it and still took care of him. He was sad to go so that’s always a good sign!”
“Ewere was very accommodating during the ice storm in Houston. I work for a medical hospital and wasn’t able to leave for 36hrs after I got back from my travels. She ensured me that it would not be a problem for her to watch Mariah until I was able to leave. I was originally suppose to pick her up Sunday @ 12pm but wasn’t able to until Wednesday around 8pm, and Ewere was able to accommodate me while also still being professional and communicative.”
