Hi! I am a PhD Candidate at Rice University currently. I have had training and was certified as an Approved Veterinary Assistant, so if any medical emergencies happen, I am prepared to handle them. I will make sure that your dogs will be taken care of completely. I have always loved animals and have cared for my adopted dog pretty much since I was a little girl. I have worked with different types of dogs with a broad range of temperaments including training older and younger adult dogs. So no matter what happens, your dogs' lives are the priority and I will do everything in my power to keep them healthy, safe, and entertained (mentally and physically) when you are away from your furry family member! I ensure that I take pictures at least once a day if not every visit that I do. For house sitting, I try to leave the place as spotless as when I came! Its always my ideology that animals do better when they are in their territory that they know!

Sarah not only took great care of our cat, she also noticed water dripping from the ceiling onto the table and let us know right away. She moved our laptop out of the way, found the source of the leak, and mopped up the water on the floor. She also double checked things after the handyman fixed the pipe in the next day. We’re so grateful for her help!
Sarah took wonderful care of my dog, Kayleigh, during my recent 7-day business trip. From the beginning, she was warm, reliable, communicative, and clearly loves animals. She kept me updated with messages and photos, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. Sarah is awesome! This was my first time using Rover and I did not know what to expect. Sarah made things very easy. I asked her to stop in twice a day to check on my cat while I was out of town. She is a great communicator and sent daily updates. She did a great job and I will definitely seek her out when needed again.

Schedule
I am a phd student, so my schedule is generally flexible around when I do experiments within the lab. I have my own car and live fairly central to Houston so it is easy for me to get around quickly (as much as Houston traffic lets me)!
