I’ve never failed a sniff test!
I grew up with three family dogs, Oso, Manchas, and Spike. I was involved in raising Manchas and Spike, cared for, and helped with end of life care for all three. I've walked everything from small doggies to a 90 lb Labrador Retriever, so I'm comfortable with a range of sizes and energy levels. I've also spent time around dogs who are selective with other dogs or guard food and toys, so I know how to stay alert and keep everyone safe.

I take my cues from the pet in front of me. I’m patient and can adapt to their moods. I’m good at respecting their boundaries as well as the parent’s boundaries.

Brenda has spent a ton of time with my (3) dogs, (2) cats, (endless) fosters and has a real gift for connecting with them! She helped with the delivery of newborn puppies in my house, and occasionally helps walk my 90 lb lab-mix! Once she starts getting to know each pet, she starts to cater to their personality, from her tone of voice, play style and boundaries … she’s seen it all. Brenda is cautious, confident and genuinely disciplined about routines and training , so you can trust her to follow instructions to the T! She works from home most of the time w the exception of ad-hoc meetings, so she’s got the flexibility to keep a consistent schedule for walks, feeding, and potty breaks. If you want a sitter who gets to know your pet as their own little individual and not “just another pet”, Brenda’s it!
I was recommended working with Brenda from a friend and I’m so glad. She has taken care of my pup over off and on for two years. My pup absolutely loves her. Pick Brenda you will be happy you did she is sincere, through, and reliable.
I cannot recommend Brenda enough! She is incredible with dogs. We have a good dog with a few quirks (slightly reactive and afraid of men) Brenda was incredibly competent and so loving with our fur baby. We’ve asked Brenda to watch our pup countless times, and feel so at ease knowing Finn is in good hands. Brenda is reliable, consistent, and goes above and beyond 💕

Schedule
I work for a disaster recovery non-profit that is 90% WFH. Aside from a couple of set meetings, my schedule is often pretty flexible, nights and weekends included.
