Dogs will have access to both the first and second floors, including a cozy upstairs balcony/patio and a secure concrete patio on the first floor. While we don’t have a backyard, your dog will enjoy frequent walks and plenty of attention. Please note: • Dogs must be fully house-trained • Dogs must be comfortable in a multi-level home and safe around stairs and balconies • No yard access means dogs should be leash-trained and used to outdoor potty breaks • We keep all balcony doors secure and supervised when dogs are outside • We do not accept pets with destructive or escape-prone behaviors for safety reasons We’re committed to providing a safe, loving environment that feels like home. “I took a "test drive" with Mark, leaving my dogs with him for a day. He was a great match for my 2 older dogs. He knew how to match their energy and had a very calm presence when they first met him. My pups will usually bark at people when they first met them but not at Mark. They were fine with him for a full day. He took them for a walk and they were fine for him. My "party pup" wanted more pets from Mark before we left. I definitely recommend Mark for a calm & comfortable person & place of care.”
