A quick history, my Pomeranian Teddy was recently diagnosed with diabetes two weeks ago, and then two days later became totally blind. We have been at his side non stop, but had plans that required us to be out for at least 6 hours. When we initially spoke to Tessa she was right on it, telling us her history with elderly, blind, and disabled pets and gave us the piece of mind to trust her. We just got back from our trip and Teddy was excited, energetic, and had confidence we hadn’t seen in awhile. Reviewing the nanny cameras we have, which we told her about. She took the time to comfort Teddy when he was scared or crying. She sat with him and nurtured him and made sure he knew someone was there with him. She also was able to give him insulin with no problems at all. For this we definitely recommend her to anyone who wants their pets taken care of to the fullest possible. 5 out of 5. She is my world and my closest companion. She can't get enough love from other dogs and people. She is a very social, loving, and mellow dog. Bailey is always excited to meet new friendly faces. She mainly relaxes throughout the day being an older dog but loves to fetch or play with her friends. She is a huge snuggle bunny and loves to cuddle up with me and other dog friends. I cherish a fun, loving, and safe environment for all. I always make sure the yard is secured when outside and that they are on a leash at all times when on walks. I have trained dogs before so know when to greet other dogs. I always make sure the dogs are comfortable with fresh, clean water, and their daily food. I always try to maintain the same routine they are used to and give them the time they need to adjust. I prefer to do meet and greets before accepting the invitation to better understand the dog and owner's needs.

If they are an outside animal they will get plenty of walks and even for inside animals they will get plenty of attention. She will be a great addition to the rover team. Animal lovers everywhere need a little extra help sometimes and Shelbie would be someone you can trust in the time of need.”

About: Hi! I have several repeat fur babies whose parents trust me that I take care of when they go away for the weekend or vacation. I can’t help but take tons of pics of your cutie and will send you lots of updates! I’m patient and want to make your dog as comfortable as can be. I work from home and love going on walks to get fresh air and movement. I’m able to take your pup out for walks, play ball in the park or just chill in the grass in the park. I walk around 3 miles a day so I’d like to take a pup with me. Evenings we can cuddle on the couch while watching Netflix or reading a book. I’ve had my dogs for almost 10 years and have has to take care of them when they had different medical issues such as administering meds, cleaning ears and wounds and taking care of my doodle’s fur.

“I am the parent of a very difficult rescue cat! She barely accepts me much less anyone from the outside entering her space. Finding Melissa is a godsend. Pandora loves her and sometimes I feel a little jealous. The arrangement worked so well that I asked her to care for my classroom animal collection that included a 5 foot iguana, a 3 foot python, 2 bearded dragons, a tortoise, and a turtle. I have recently retired and have rehomed the reptiles but Melissa is still Pandora's favorite person (next to me haha). I strongly recommend her services. She is caring, reliable and trustworthy.”
