About: I started walking dogs when I was 15, two dogs every night and ended up knowing half the complex’s pets by name. Ten years of that teaches you a lot. Every dog is different and that’s genuinely my favorite part. Some are anxious and just need patience and consistency to come out of their shell. I’m available weekdays and I prefer recurring schedules because dogs do better with routine, and so do their owners. About: What sets me apart is that I’ve cared for dogs through every stage of life. I grew up with three dogs starting when I was 12, so I have experience with everything from managing puppy energy to giving older dogs the patience, gentleness, and attention they need. I’ve also helped friends and family with their dogs over the years, whether that meant walks, drop-ins, or caring for them while they were away. This is the first time since childhood that I’m living without dogs, and I’d love the chance to help care for yours like they’re my own. I work full-time during the week, so weekends are the best fit for me right now. That’s when I have the most flexibility and can give dogs more of my time and attention without feeling rushed. I live in a house with a front and backyard, giving dogs plenty of room to relax, play, and get fresh air. There are also several parks nearby, so walks and outdoor time are easy to work into the day. I know every dog is different, so I’ll make sure to follow their normal routine and keep them comfortable, safe, and cared for like they’re my own.

About: I’ve taken care of animals most of my life and take pride in making sure that any animal I encounter is well cared for. I have experience with cats, dogs of all sizes including large dogs (150+ lbs). I currently work full time but from home half the week. Tara seriously made this trip so easy for us. We’ve been using her since November 2023 for weekly walks and for trips when we’re away, so the dogs already know and love her. This was a longer stretch, and she handled it flawlessly. She followed a pretty packed schedule every single day. Early morning feed + walks around 6:30–8, midday walks, evening walks, and then late-night feed + walks. It was a full routine, and she stayed consistent the entire time. I really appreciated how thorough she is. We didn’t have to check in or worry about anything. She kept us updated throughout the day with messages and photos, so we always knew the boys were taken care of and happy. You could tell they were totally relaxed and in their normal routine. She also has a great feel for them. Not just checking the boxes of feeding and walking, but actually paying attention to how they’re doing, keeping them comfortable, and giving them real attention during each visit. She’s always on time, super responsive, and easy to coordinate with. At this point, she’s such a steady part of our routine that leaving town doesn’t feel stressful anymore. She’s the best! I highly recommend her for your pet care needs.
I’m a new dog parent, my puppy is 7 months old, and I was so nervous to book a walker for the first time! Payal came recommended from a friend and she is AMAZING! She put me completely at ease and went above and beyond for my Bruce. I left her so many instructions and she did everything with ease. He is also not the easiest dog to wrangle (70 lbs at 7 months) and she had no problem. There is a dog park at our building I asked her to bring him to and when she saw that there were unsafe things on the ground like objects he could swallow and other dog’s poop, she decided not to have him play in there and did other activities instead, then bringing him inside when he was getting hot. She truly cared for him the way my husband or I would and we cannot thank her enough! We will book with Payal many more times!
