About: I have cared for dogs my entire life and have experience with dogs of different ages and needs. I am dependable, attentive, and passionate about animal care. I enjoy spending time with dogs and ensuring they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for. I currently work from home so I have a lot of free time. Why not spend time with furry friends! It’s also a great opportunity to take a breather and get fresh air during daily dog walks. When caring for pets in a client's home, I ensure that their daily routines are maintained to keep them comfortable and stress-free. I also make sure the home remains clean and secure while providing pets with plenty of attention, affection, and companionship. I am attentive to each pet's individual needs and committed to creating a safe, loving environment while their owners are away.

With a background in management consulting and supporting ultra-high-net-worth families, I bring a polished, organized, and reliable approach to every sit. I value calm, well-kept spaces and believe pets thrive in environments that feel intentional and nurturing. While I don’t currently have pets of my own, I tend a thriving indoor plant collection and would be delighted to care for yours—pets and plants alike. With 10+ years of experience, I was able to jump right in on another home and pet sitting platform and earn multiple repeat clients. I work remotely in the arts which gives me the flexibility to make your pets and home my top priority. I’m comfortable with pets of all ages and health and have experience administering medications. At home, I share space with a 3 year old little betta fish who swims among clippings from my thriving plants. My green thumb is well-established—I’ve worked as both a florist and a gardener, and I maintain a lush collection of houseplants. Working in corporate America prepared me well with organization skills and the ability to prepare for any circumstance. I’ve managed global projects in multiple time zones and do whatever it takes to make sure everything is done right and safely. Having been a home owner, I understand the importance of safety and triaging anything regarding the integrity of the home. I make sure I have all contacts prior to any stay and understand what you’d like me to do.

“Leigh was great. I was able to be there at the start of the walk, and Leigh asked great questions about what commands my dog knew and what my walk preferences were. She was patient with my dog (who is a puppy) and since they stayed on my property at my request, I was able to watch Leigh play with my puppy outside. Leigh did a great job, and I have asked her to walk my dog on a more regular basis as a result.”
