There are simply no words to express how truly amazing Karen is! I had left a 12 year old Frenchie in her care and felt comfortable the minute I met her. I have never met a sitter that went so far above and beyond!! The effort that went into the continual communication made any concerns diminish instantly. She was so easy with any requests I had and then added so much extra love across the board. There is simply no better!!
I was very nervous as this was my first time using Rover and sending our cat to stay with someone else. Natalia did a great job of easing those worries throughout the process. She is clearly experienced and very kind and caring. They welcomed our cat into their home and welcomed her with open arms, making her feel at home. She warmed up quickly and was clearly very comfortable there. Natalia sent frequent updates with photos and videos. We really appreciate all of your help and for taking such good care of her!

From the beginning she assured me that they would take good care of our dogs! We have a puppy Duke and a rescue hazy. Both come with a big personality and it was no sweat to them.
