About: I volunteer for an animal rescue. I have fostered puppies and participated in their adoption process. I have cared for babies all the way up to seniors. Both dogs and cats. While I do have fur babies of my own, I will not bring them around yours unless they have already been introduced. This is my full-time job so I'm available to take care of your fur baby whenever you need me. I would love to meet them and play! I will meet with you and your pet ahead of time to learn about your pet and what they need from me when I visit with them.

“Lori has been wonderful with my goldendoodle! She is reliable and dedicated to her clients. She has been easy to work with and flexible with scheduling. I always know that my pup will be in good hands on his daily walk, and I receive several photo updates to prove it :D”

About: What sets me apart from other sitters is my experience with dogs. I worked at a wonderful dog shelter called KC Paws that taught me about dog handling, body language, and temperament. I was a shift lead so I have experience administering medications - liquid and pills. I am also a foster for T.A.R.A, another wonderful shelter, so I have TONS of experience with puppies as young as 5 weeks old. While I have not worked in a professional setting with cats, I have 3 of my own and I have fostered two sweet cats. I’m finishing up school with one class left so at the moment, Rover is my full time job! I’m available unless otherwise stated on my schedule for whatever care your pet needs - day and night. Feel free to send me a message about scheduling questions to see if we can work something out! :) I only offer dog sitting in your home because I’ve got too many animals at my house and your dog or cat’s safety is my biggest priority. I am diligent when it comes to following instructions (with medications, food allergies, special needs) as well as with making sure your home is all locked up when I leave.

“Wendy was FABULOUS! She was very kind and responsive, and was happy to modify the schedule when our needs changed. I would absolutely work with her again!”

“Michelle is great with my girl. She is reliable and loves Emma as much as I do. I highly recommend her to take as good care of your furry kids as you do.”

About: I've been helping take care of my dogs since I was a kid. Walking, feeding, and playing. Currently we have two dogs, one of them being a senior who we have to pay extra attention to making sure he gets all of his food eaten I do not currently have a job so I can give your pets all of the attention they need. I am available at all times. I am used to crating dogs, even dogs who will snap at me. I love going on walks and hikes with pets. Cats tend to like me.

“Nancy has walked my dog a few times now and always leaves such great notes and pictures! She even got Archie a toy and homemade treats after I told her it was his birthday.🥺 very thoughtful and sweet, I highly recommend her services!”

About: I’ve taken care of animals for 12+ years and I’ve been trusted to watch my friends and families pets! I love taking you dog on walks, play with your cat for hours, and clean! I currently work part-time so I have plenty of time in my schedule to watch your pets and give them plenty of love and attention! I will always make sure the floor is picked up so curious animals don’t eat the wrong things. Always have your dog on a leash unless in a fenced in area.

About: Hi, I’m Katie! I’ve had dogs my whole life and volunteered in dog shelters for years. As a kid, I annotated my dog encyclopedia and woke up at 5 am on Saturdays to watch the AKC dog show, so in addition to loving mutts & shelter dogs, I also have a good understanding of breed nuances and distinct needs. I’m extremely detailed and will take care to notice if I’m putting your dog’s leash on in a comfortable way, if I got the gate closed, and all the little things you notice when it’s your own pet. I continually educate myself on dog body language and first aid in addition to detailed training I received from Humane Colorado shelter and my Red Cross pet first aid certification. Your pet will be treated with love and meticulous care, with the goal being to leave them happy and played out, ready for a nap! I am self-employed with 24/7 flexibility and control over my own schedule, so I’m available to accommodate whatever custom scheduling needs you may have for your precious pets! When visiting or staying with someone’s pet, I treat the home and animal how I would want mine treated, with integrity and a dedication to leave all things better than I found them. I check fences and gates for any weak points, avoid other dogs on walks, pay attention to their favorite lounging and “neighborhood watch” spots, and allow them to show me what they want and need. I provide detailed photos & reports, and interact with enormous amounts of love and sincerity just like I’d hope my own would be treated with. Trust is everything. You can count on me!

“Jonathan is always great with my girls and is great about being flexible with my changing needs.”

About: I grew up on a farm where I cared for animals of all kinds. I’ve trained my dogs in obedience and agility for 4-H for 9 years, we even went to the Iowa State Fair! In college I worked at a doggy daycare as a dog handler and I am currently employed as a dog groomer and trainer. I’m new to the Overland Park area and I have a flexible part time job. My schedule is open and flexible! Whatever works for you! Safety is my top priority. I treat every pet in my care like they are my baby because they’re your baby. Secure fencing, leashes, and collars are an important part of my process. I am also trained to recognize signs of stress in your pet, as well as other safety training through my job.

About: Taken care of dogs and cats intermittently for neighbors and friends since I was a kid. Have a cat of my own and used to have a dog as well.
