I can’t recommend Stephanie highly enough! She took such wonderful care of our cat while we were away. She was attentive, reliable and genuinely caring. Our usually shy cat really bonded with her and he got a lot of pets and one on one playtime, which was great. The updates and photos after each visit gave us total peace of mind. Truly a fantastic sitter!

Elizabeth was simply wonderful! My cat Oliver is not a fan of strangers and yet she did an incredible job of administering his oral antibiotics. Elizabeth is kind, caring, and reliable. Will most definitely book her next time we need the help!

About: Hi there! I can’t wait to welcome your pet into my home. Dogs and cats who stay here are treated like guests of honor, with all the care and attention I bestow upon my own pets. Unless there are extenuating circumstances, pets are allowed to roam freely in a cozy, familiar home environment — no rows of kenneled dogs here! I’m very selective about the pets I accept. I usually only accept a maximum of 3-4 dogs at once. I meet every new pet before booking, and I usually won’t accept more than one new dog at a time, alongside repeat clients. This ensures that I’m familiar with how all the dogs will interact with each other, with only one new variable, thus avoiding potentially uncomfortable or dangerous situations for your pet. I’ve always loved animals, and with more than 15 years of pet care under my belt, I have the knowledge and experience to provide your pets with the best care possible. I take the responsibility of caring for your pets very seriously, and I’m certified by the American Red Cross in Cat and Dog First Aid. Earliest drop off or pickup is at 8 am. Latest drop off or pickup is at 8 pm on weekdays, 9 pm on weekends. I’m also available for drop-ins at your home, every day except Saturday mornings. (I’m available Saturday evenings instead.) For Dogs: I have a large, unfenced backyard that dogs love exploring on a 50-foot long leash - so many scents to sniff and chipmunks to chase! I’m always there to monitor them - dogs are never left alone outdoors. Every morning, the dogs get a long 1-2 hour walk on a local forest trail (weather permitting) and in the afternoon/evening we have a shorter 15-30 minute walk around the neighborhood or in my backyard. Water is always available, and I work from home so I’m around the majority of the day to keep them happy and safe. What you’ll need to send: Their regular food is the most important thing to send, as dogs can get upset stomach from sudden dietary changes. You can also send their favorite treats, and a favorite toy. If they tend to pull on the leash, a front-latch harness, rubber-tipped prong collar, or gentle leader is appreciated. Bowls, beds, brushes, litter bags etc. are all unnecessary, as I have extras of all these supplies. For puppies, a crate may be necessary, depending on their level of potty training. For Cats: The cats have a comfy lounge downstairs, with food, water, litter boxes, and scratching posts. The dogs are not allowed downstairs, so the cats can get all the space they need from the dogs. The cats are free to move upstairs and downstairs as they prefer. All cats are indoors only. I have a lot of wide, accessible windowsills that they love chilling on to watch birds and squirrels outside, as well as battery-operated and automated toys that they can chase and play with on their own. What you’ll need to send: their regular food (wet and dry) and treats. Cat litter is also appreciated. I work from home, so my schedule is flexible and I’m home most of the day. I have a spacious home that can accommodate giving multiple animals space, and I can keep animals separated from each other if necessary. I've always loved animals of all kinds, and I currently have my own dog and 3 cats. I can't wait to meet your pet, and I promise to love them and care for them the way every pet deserves to be loved!

Patricia was amazing! This was our first time using Rover and she explained how everything worked and came to meet us and our dog a couple of weeks before we left for our trip. She answered all of our questions, stayed in communication during our trip and most importantly, got our shy girl totally out of her shell. She kept us updated daily with important info and sent lots of pictures. It gave us so much peace of mind to know our dog was in great hands! I highly recommend Patricia. 10/10

Marta has cared for our 3-4 month old puppy several times in the last weeks and every time we come home, he is happy and relaxed. Her wise caring approach is evident throughout: from the first meet-and-greet through each care visit. Our fellow is a rescue pup, so her capacity to support his emotional well-being takes on great significance in tgese early stages of his growth.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since the age 5 when I was gifted my first pup. I love my dogs as if they were my children. I have 10yr old 80lb boxer mix and a 9mo poodle. I’m currently in school to be a certified life coach. My husband owns a cleaning business and I help him from time to time. I would like to fill in my days getting outside and caring for your fur babies. I can care for your dog at home as instructed. I also have a medium poodle that is fully vaccinated and in great health that I can bring along to play with your pup.

I cannot express enough how thankful I am for Carly’s outstanding service in taking care of Cue by letting him out twice a day and walking him. Her reliability is truly commendable; I can always trust that she will be there on time, which is incredibly reassuring for me as a pet owner. Carly’s communication skills are just as impressive, she consistently provides me with updates about Cue’s walks and shares any noteworthy observations, which makes me feel more connected to his daily activities. It’s evident that she genuinely cares about Cue’s happiness and well-being, treating him as if he were her own. I wholeheartedly recommend Carly to anyone in search of a trustworthy, dependable, and communicative pet caregiver

About: With over 10 years of dedicated dog care experience, we offer compassionate attention and reliable care tailored to your furry friend's needs. From daily walks to playtime and grooming, your dog will receive the utmost love and attention, ensuring their comfort and happiness while you're away. Travis works from home which allows us to offer constant companionship and supervision. Roberta is a teacher nearby, providing the ability to come home early for extra cuddles. We had a 10 year-old German shepherd mix named Marshall, that recently passed, that we adopted from a rescue at 8 weeks old so we have the ability and patience to host puppies. Marshall was our first family dog, Roberta grew up with multiple dogs caring for them from pups through seniors. Additionally, our 6 year-old daughter has enough energy to provide tons of additional fetch and chase time. We also have a 1 year old that can’t wait to get in on the action! We are able to (and love) having pups with special needs. Marshall's best friend was blind and we cared for him on many occasions. We can also administer medications and prepare specialized meals when needed. We have a large backyard that allows for plenty of jaunts and potty breaks. As well as plenty of space in the house for quiet time and naps. Your pup will have full access to make themselves comfortable in their home away from home. Travis works from home allowing for full time care. Roberta is a teacher nearby and is home early to allow for additional time and attention. We are able to fit your pup into our daily feeding, potty, play schedule or can adjust to meet their needs. In our home, your pets are treated like family. They'll enjoy a cozy environment with plenty of playtime in our large yard or indoors if it's too hot/cold. They'll have plenty of play time if they like or space to chill if that's what they prefer. Your pet will have access to our home to nap and play wherever they feel comfortable, and we also have the space to crate if, that's your preference.

Stephanie is wonderful, and I've been meaning to write a review for a while now. I recently moved to the area, have two dogs with complex needs & have felt so comfortable leaving them in Stephanie's care. She's been helpful with medication administration, and has provided individually tailored support to both my elderly dog, and younger pup with behavioral difficulties. The dogs have a history of scuffles, and Stephanie has been able to follow along with the complex safety plan that I have in place. I've had a previous sitter reject my rescue pup because the dog was too traumatized and anxious. Not Stephanie! She was really confident with my anxious dog and was patient, participating in multiple visits just to get to know her prior to taking on dog walking while I wasn't home. Completely 100% trust and recommend her!

About: As a kid, my family would often take care of our friend's dogs, but we never had one of our own. Now, I'm a dad of three young humans and one bundle of fluff named Simba. Oh and let's not forget Victoria, our rabbit. We love havinganimals, and we still love watching other people's animals too. I'm also offering to house-sit, and take other people's dogs (either solo or with my Simba) for walks. I mostly work from home and never leave a dog alone while in my care. We take several walks per day, including morning, lunch, and at least two in the evening. I have a comfortable living space, a nice yard area, nice green space and a park nearby. When dogsitting, I take very little space for myself and leave the space better than when I found it.
