We have an older cat who just wants to sit on a lap to be pet, a shy kitten who takes several days to warm up into his most energetic self, an old dog with several medications who needs frequent short, slow walks due to health issues, and a parrot. They all warmed up big time to her by the 2nd night and our dog would guard her when she got into bed (which she’s never done to anyone outside of family before). Lauren was also great at communication during the meet and greet to get all pet info, sent daily updates with pictures once we were gone, and even washed the sheets/towels she used while here, took out any trash she used, watered our plants daily, and folded the cleaned bedding/towels. I cannot recommend her highly enough.”

About: Lots of experience caring for fur babies. Past owner of Great Danes and experience with little ones too! I have been actively fostering dogs for a local rescue for 5 years and have experience with age puppy to senior. I also have 2 dogs of my own, Vizsla and a boxer mix. Open to any breeds. Can provide video chat time with your pet or text photos. Lots of love to give your pups as I am free weekends and summer weekdays (I am a teacher assistant in Kindergarten) and would love to take them for walks if they are able. I am willing to administer medications as necessary. Available weekends during the school year and full weeks in July and August. I am a teachers assistant and have summers off to spend with your pup! I am available for frequent potty breaks, walks and will follow your preferences on crate training. She identified that our dog was having a medical emergency, she took him to urgent care and then drove an hour and a half each way to get a prescription that he urgently needed (it was not available locally). She may literally have saved his eyesight. We will always be grateful for Emily and five stars is not nearly a high enough rating.”
