1. Melissa J S.

“Always fantastic, my dog is a nervous little man but seems so comfortable with Melissa and her family that I know when he's with her I don't have to worry at all. Melissa's care is such a relief”

2. Jacalyn M.

“Jacalyn is awesome with dogs! She watched our miniature pincher while we went to Canada for a week. She sent frequent text updates whenever Ace had his meals and videos when he went on walks or had playtime. She cared for him as if he was her own. She makes you feel at ease while away from your fur friend. I would 100% recommend her to anyone in need of a quality sitter.”

3. Susan L.

“I try not to leave our dog ever, as she is 14 years old and I would like to spend as many moments as possible with her, but I wanted to spend a day with my husband visiting museums in a new city. So I decided to ask Susan to care for our dog. I wept when we drove away from Susan and my dog, but within a short time I received a text with a beautiful photo Susan took of our dog, seated happily on a large comfy bed with a peaceful, relaxed look on her face. I appreciated that text from Susan so much! As a result, I immediately relaxed and my husband and I enjoyed a wonderful day. Susan gave our dog loving care. She was prompt at drop-off and pick-up. We would definitely ask Susan to care for our dog again. Thank you, Susan. We loved meeting you! So did Callie! 💝”

4. Ada hwa tung & Micheli L.

“I really am so happy with the care my dog received here. She was happy and would have probably been happy to stay and play with these wonderful humans! It feels great to know that she is being loved a LOT! Highly recommend.”

5. Daniel M.
“I highly recommend Daniel if you need reliable and loving care for your furry friend! He will send photos updates for you so you know your pet is in good hands!”

6. Mark D T.

“I have two reviews to write here. Mine first. That Mark cared for Gus during my first week at a new job brought so much peace of mind. Mark was accommodating with pickup and drop off times and communicated during the day with pictures and notes. I had no stress about Gus being in good hands. Now from Gus. I am a pandemic pup—totally attached to my empty nester parents (though I really do love everyone.) I loved going to Mark’s house—hopped right out of my mom’s car and ran up to his gate. We went on walks and I got to be pals with his dogs. We played and played and I was so tired when my mom picked me up. I think she was too so she was really happy that I just wanted to lay on the clinch when we got home. Mark took really good care of me and I hope I get to go back. ??”

7. Fritz K.

“Fritz was amazing. We were nervous about leaving our 5 month great dane. We were able to watch video updates and see how much fun he was having which put us at ease. Will definitely use him again. Thank you Fritz.”

8. Susan M.

“Another awesome stay with Susan and Ella! This is the perfect, safe, playful, loving environment for our one and a half year old lab mix. The backyard is basically dog heaven, and Susan makes sure to keep all dogs safe and happy. All of the dogs that Susan hosts are awesome, and our girl always has a great time. Susan always checks in with videos and pictures, and her care for and knowledge of dogs shows every time. Having our pup stay with such a trustworthy, caring family is a huge relief to us while we are at work or out of town. Thank you Susan! :) ”

About: Dog lover with experience training big and small dogs of all ages. I'm currently training our Great Dane teen to be a therapy dog. I have a flexible schedule to provide drop-in visits and walks (incorporating loose leash walking training). And for doggy daycare - Our gentle giant, Moses, would love to play with your fur baby! I have a spacious and fenced living room play area for play. The area is heated, mostly carpeted to prevent slipping, with easy sliding door access to our fenced in backyard (with a heated pool that opens in the summer!), and in many ways dog-proofed: no visible wires, knick knacks/choking hazards, toxic plants, or items that knock over. There is an XL Diggs crate for alone time. The entire play area can be seen from the kitchen when prepping doggy food, and there is a Ring cam that runs 24/7. Minimal traffic on our street creates ideal loose leash walking trips. When not playing your dog can enjoy watching doggy tv on any of our 6 orthopedic dog beds. Our pup, Moses, is the most gentle play pal and strictly trained to respectfully play (and give space). If you are looking to build your dog's confidence around big dogs in public and avoid the fear and anxiety from a reactive big dog, our home is a perfect place for you to start. Transportation may be provided by request as an add-on if you are in or near the Pittsford area! My husband works very hard so I don't have to - I'm taking a break to raise our Great Dane teen! My daily routine involves a lot of playing and basic obedience / therapy dog training with Moses. We go on walks daily, play in our fenced in yard, roam around on our land and occasionally go over to my parents to play with their three dogs on their three-acre land. I always take my shoes off before I enter your home for drop-ins and walks. This goes for your furry child as well—know in comfort that their paws to be wiped before they come back in. I always start our session by looking for signs of sickness or messes in the house before we go on walks, and I always finish our sessions with some wind down scratches before I leave. For doggy daycare: I have a spacious and fenced living room and play area. The area is Nest controlled, mostly carpeted to prevent slipping, with easy sliding door access to our fenced in backyard for play and potty (with a heated pool that opens in the summer!), and in many ways dog-proofed: no visible wires, knick knacks for choking hazard, toxic plants, or items that knock over. There is an XL DIGGS crate for alone time if needed. The entire play area can be seen from the kitchen when prepping doggy food, and there is a Ring cam that runs 24/7 - we had a traumatic experience boarding Moses last year that resulted in bites to his face, so we will not take eyes off your dog or ours to ensure their safety and wellbeing. Minimal traffic on our street creates ideal short loose leash walking trips. When not playing your dog can enjoy watching doggy tv on any of our 6 orthopedic dog beds.

19. Sammi Z.

“Sammi is exactly what I was looking for! I have a new puppy and I am new to Rover, therefore finding someone to care for my puppy as he was their own was extremely important to me. She is kind, caring, and makes Benji feel right at home. I have to look no further because I know he is in good hands with Sammi. 5 stars all around.”

20. Nadiia B.

“We went to universal studios for the day and left our dog who has really bad hips with her. She gave him his medicine and took him to the park. This is my first Rover experience, and definitely not my last!! Nadiia exceeded all expectations! Honestly I’m blown away at how happy he was in all the pictures, and how happy he was walking out of her house with her upon pickup. We will be back! Thank you Nadiia!?”
